Noite maravilhosa em Kawaguchiko
Pros:

Nossa experiência no Toyoko Inn em Fujikawaguchiko foi simplesmente perfeita! Desde o check-in até o check-out, tudo funcionou de maneira impecável. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, atenciosos, acessíveis e receptivos, proporcionando uma hospitalidade excepcional. O café da manhã, incluso na diária, era maravilhoso, com duas opções de menu: japonês e ocidental. O quarto, apesar de pequeno, era muito aconchegante, silencioso, agradável, extremamente limpo, cheiroso e equipado com diversas amenidades. O hotel também oferece uma excelente estrutura, incluindo armazenamento de bagagens self-service no lobby, serviço de transfer para Mishima e transporte gratuito de ida e volta até o centro de Kawaguchiko, com diversas saídas ao longo do dia. A localização é maravilhosa, próxima ao lago e ao centrinho da cidade. Foi uma das melhores experiências de hospedagem da nossa viagem ao Japão! Ficamos tão satisfeitos que certamente buscaremos nos hospedar novamente na rede Toyoko Inn, não apenas em Kawaguchiko, mas também em outras cidades japonesas. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

A lovely stay
Pros:

Location near the lake was great!! The free shuttle was fantastic but town only 10-15 minute walk away. Staff were incredibly friendly and the welcome gift was a nice touch. There is two buildings that served breakfast had access to both one was more continental with pastries and the other more Japanese.

Cons:

Some construction taking place that we weren’t notified off didn’t effect us to much but would of if we had a room assigned covered by the work

Pros:

Amazing place and value for money. Good shuttle services … given even free shuttle to Mishma station to catch the Shinkansen. But need to prebook.

UBICACIÓN y DESAYUNO Maravillosos...pero la cama (tabla) y el espacio justas. Mejorable
Pros:

La UBICACIÓN es excelente... a 200 metros del mismo lago Kawaguchi. Por la zona hay restaurantes y algunos comercios.
El DESAYUNO; siempre teniendo en cuenta que es un desayuno japonés así que nadie espere las tostaditas y las mermeladas. Pero si dispone de pequeños croaisants así como algo de bollería. Respecto a las personas que les guste lo salado no tendrán queja.

Cons:

LA CAMA !! ni es que es Japón ni japin, la DUREZA de la cama no es normal ni en el país Nipon. Prácticamente es como estar encima del suelo o de una puerta de madera. No tiene NINGÚN sentido tener una cama así de dura. E insisto, no es un tema cultural.

El TAMAÑO de la habitación; muy pequeño aún teniendo en cuenta que estamos en Japón pero hemos estado en Hoteles y las habitaciones pueden ser mas grandes. Apenas alrededor de la cama no teníamos espacio ni para poner nuestras cosas y mochilas. El Baño, pues pequeño y del estilo prefabricado, justo de tamaño y en eso si que podemos decir que es muy de estilo japonés. Pero dispone de lo suficiente y los servicios son muy correctos.

El SERVICIO , falta atención y servicio básico aunque por supuesto es correcta y las trabajadoras son agradables. Se hace el Check-in en una maquina.

HORARIO, hace falta tener que esperar a las 15 P.M para hacer el Check-in-?! y eso si, no te adelantes ni un minuto, vaya a ser... Si, serán normativas japonesas pero son normativas que carecen de gracia. Eso si, disponen de un servicio de guardado de maletas mientras esperas a las tres de la tarde entrar a la habitación. Eso , si! luego el check-out antes de las 10 horas... si contamos a precio/hora que puedes estar en el hotel, sale bastante caro :-)

Es un hotel de casi 70€ la noche... creemos que le faltan algunas cosas para merecer ese precio.
