Pros:

Ottima situazione. L'albergo ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Vicisissimo alla fermata della Red Line per i tour sul lago Kawaguchiko. La navetta gratuita da e per la stazione è decisamente un valore aggiunto, anche se a piedi, tempo e valige permettendo, è una tranquilla passeggiata. Check in automatico molto funzionale.

Cons:

La colazione inclusa è un po' scarsa e ripetitiva.

Staff were great and very helpful. Easy to check-in/out. They also provide you with a free bus to and from the station. Had lots of amenities also for you to use free of charge.

Odličen hotel na izvrstni lokaciji z dobrim onsenom.
Pros:

Hotel je na odlični lokaciji kot izhodišče za raziskovanje okolice. Sobe so bile udobne in velike po japonskih standardih. Zajtrk je bil raznolik in okusen. Prijava je bila preko samopostrežnih avtomatov, a smo takoj dobili podporo osebja, ki je bilo zelo prijazno. Imajo dovolj parkirnihmest brezplačno. Uporabili smo tudi private bath. Zelo dobro.

Cons:

Več ali manj je bilo vse OK.

Guest are allowed to bring food in and have meals at the ground floor. Self service microwave and water

Cons:

Searching for a room for 3 people, I was offered (and reserved) a double room but unlike every other bookings there was just one bed or two single beds, no solution for the third person. Either bad search outcome or simple “I don’t care” attitude. My request and Booking.com request to solve the issue was completely ignored.
The breakfast time is from 6:30 to 9:00 am but the staff starts to collect the food at 8:50.

Pros:

El servicio de autobuses a la estación es un 10, y tienen varias rutas. El desayuno estaba también completo, aunque sin mucha variedad. Había agua y café todo el día. La habitación bien, todo limpio y en promedio con Japón en general.

Cons:

Las paradas están cerca, pero el hotel algo alejado del centro. Además, los locales suelen cerrar pronto, y los autobuses dejan de funcionar sobre las 19h. La cama dura como una piedra.
