The hotel is located in the heart of Fujikawaguchiko, at walkinh distance from the lakeshoreand from many restaurants. The room was quite small but very functional, in the typical style of this hotel chain. Cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast is very good:although the breakfast room is not very comfortable, the food is freshly made and varies on daily basis. Overall, an excellent price/quality ratio. The wide parking lot is free of charge: a real plus. As a super (and unexpected) extra plus, we had a stunning Mt Fuji view from our window...

Cons:

The checkin process was messy and time consuming.
