Stay with Family and Work Colleagues
Pros:

Great Staff 👍. Friendly and very helpful expecially Alex and his team at the reception. Maame Esi the owner/Manager was great as well. Very friendly and helpful. it was nice staying there with my family and team.

Cons:

Breakfast will be nicer if there are some extra options.

a clean, secluded resort with an outstanding staff.
Pros:

exceptionally attentive staff. very helpful snd friendly. responsive to every need. the swimming pool is great, but can get a little noisy on the weekends. the restaurant is excellent. they even have a small bar. The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. my second time there. I will be back.

Cons:

the only problem was that my room overlooked the pool and there was a party going on with loud-ish music mid afternoon when I wanted to take a nap. No big deal. I used earplugs.

Pros:

There was no water pressure and very little hot water. The breakfast was good. They made what you wanted and what you liked to eat.

Nice stay after a long road trip.
Pros:

The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are big and comfortable although I would prefer a queen size bed to two small ones put together. The bathroom was spacious with hot water running so that was good. The restaurant is a bit small but with fantastic food and service. Esther the front desk officer was very helpful. She is great. She ensured we had all we needed to make our stay very comfortable after our long trip from Tamale to Kumasi.

Pros:

When I arrived I was told that I would have to pay the entire amount up front. I refused, and they finally relented. When leaving I was told that my electronic payment "only partially" went through. They wanted more money. I checked with my bank, and they said A. The entire amount did transfer. B. There is no such thing as a "partial payment".

A nice hotel with easy access to Kumasi
Pros:

This hotel make you feel like you are in Africa. The service is great - the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been staying here most years since 2004 and still enjoy the quiet environment and easy access to Kumasi.
