早餐服務人員態度親切

Cons:

1. 床頭櫃的位置是柱子；起床轉頭容易直接撞上，非常危險
2. 索取額外的浴巾需要額外收費（所以只能洗一次澡嗎？）
3. 接駁車無法配合班機起降或火車發車時間，服務意義不明（舉例1：班機18:50抵達台東，但接駁車只到17:00。舉例2:火車13:41發車，卻要求客人配合司機時間，13:00從飯店前往；即使車程只要5分鐘）
4. 房內有蒼蠅，衛生堪慮
5. 雖然電梯有三部，但各自獨立運作，無法連動。
6. 雖然設有二樓，但無法抵達。
