Stadt-Lage und guter Empfang an der Reception

Restaurant im EG lausig (Personal desinteressiert)
Frühstück eher fad (im 1.OG)
Technik: Probleme mit WC (permanente Spülung - wurde provisorisch behoben) und TV (stellt die ganze Nacht selbstständig an und ab:Horror)

Wir hatten Bettwanzen in Zimmer 302. Unser Aufenthalt war im Mai 2026. Das Hotel bestreitet den Vorfall, obwohl ich eindeutige Beweise für den Bettwanzenbefall habe, siehe auf den Fotos. Bis heute habe ich keinen Cent vom Hotel erhalten. Wir haben zu Hause unsere Kleider durch einen Kammerjäger kontaminieren lassen. Einige Sachen mussten wir wegwerfen. Das Hotel hat nicht mal eine Teilrückerstattung der Buchung gemacht. Wir haben wegen den Bettwanzen einen zusätzlichen Aufwand und Kosten von € 2000.-. Nie wieder in ein Mercure Hotel.

الاستقبال سي موظف الاستقبال عرضنا علية الاسم في بوكن وقلت حجزي عندكم قال مالك حجز هنا وقام يوصف ل موقع فندق من خيالة لفيت المنطقة كلها بدون فايد ما دعاني استعين ب سايق التكسي واتصل عل الفندق واخلي السايق يتواصل معاهم
وفجاة اوصلني سايق التاكسي ال نفس الفندق وانا حضرت لهم قبل ساعتين يقول مالك حجز عندنا
واتفاحجا بان حجزي عندهم موظف الاستقبال لم يعتذر
