Pros:

Staff are very friendly, helpful and attentious. The location suited us perfectly. The room was spacious and the bed was the highlight. The breakfast too. We had lunch there once and it was delicious!

Cons:

The street was a little noisy at times, so I would pick a room more at the back next time.

Un lugar excepcional. De visita obligada. Un hotel magnífico y un personal muy servicial.

El hotel MAKROZ fue realmente excepcional.
De verdad, todo estaba impecable. Limpieza irreprochable, equipamiento de la habitación, colchón cómodo, tranquilidad en el establecimiento y, sobre todo, una acogida EXCEPCIONAL. La amabilidad y la disponibilidad del equipo hicieron que esta estancia fuera perfecta.
Agradezco a la responsable su inestimable ayuda y toda su amabilidad hacia mí.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy segura, y el hotel es precioso. El almuerzo y el desayuno, impecables. Se come muy bien allí.

Great location! As soon as I walked in I was greeted so warmly, it was lovely. The room was large and the bed was super comfy.

Nettes, familiengeführtes Hotel als Basis für Touren in der Umgebung
Pros:

Freundliches, familiengeführtes Hotel in Latacunga. Wir haben die Stadt als Ausgangspunkt für eine tour zum Cotopaxi und der Lagune Quilotoa genutzt - dafür ist der Ort bestens geeignet. Das Team hat uns bei den Touren sehr gut unterstützt.

Porquería de servicio.
Pros:

Yo tenía una reserva confirmada para el domingo 4 de enero. Cuando llegué con mi familia, el hotel estaba cerrado. No había nadie!! Qué horrible experiencia! Que porquería de hotel.
