Disappointing.

Cons:

Only one lift operating for many guests. Rooms not ready for guests checking in after 2 pm. Room was very old and air conditioning was very noisy. A lot of noise from rooms either side.

Location as central and easy to access shopping, public transport and food.

Cons:

The elevators were broken, one was working, but delayed. Room was very noisy and I could hear everything in the hallway and every door opening and closing. Cleaners were extremely noisy. My bed was not made up when I was out for the day. Therefore no replenishment of coffee/tea, no bed made and no new towels. I may have missed it on the website, but there is a requirement for a $100 security fee, which, at the tome of writing, I have still not received back. It's an OK place to stay if you have low expectations, however I thought Mercure was better than this.

I loved being so close to everything Melbourne it was great

Cons:

Well my fridge didn't work and they were good getting another fridge but it look over and hour to ring and ask for ice. I went down to reception 3 times to ask for a bucket of ice when it arrived it was to late as I could not have a drink before I went out.
