Location was excellent
Little basic, but great value for money
Location
1 elevator running small room
The lift was out of service
The rooms were not well lit
Location and cost. We travel to Melboure regularly and stay in Mercure Welcome.
The bath room towels not replaced for 4 daya and neither bedsheets. We went done to reception. After the promise. No change or replace tower. Need to go to recwotion again.
Friendly staff, room clean and comfortable, but pretty basic. Close to Chinatown.
A little noisy, no extra blankets. Bed was on wheels so it kept moving. Ordered breakfast in my room. The omelette was flat and underwhelming for the price.
Location
Room was very small
I loved the room we had 1041. This is my 4th stay have enjiyed it each time
Its a tad hard with only having the 1 lift but i do know they need to maintain them. And didnt realy enjiy the breakfast tis time
The bed was comfortable. A good shower. The flavoured water in the foyer.
There was only one lift working and it was very slow. When I walked up the stairs I could not exit at my floor (the 6th). The wifi didn’t work at first and we had to get support to access it.
Good location
1 elevator working for the whole time of our stay
Nothing
Better maintained rooms
Location and availability of room service
I was in a room facing the street for the first time and it was a bit noisy.
I have stayed several times but this hotel but obviously never been on that side of the property.
Didn’t have
Nothing
Location
Nothing
I didn't have breakfast. The location was fantastic, everything was close and accessible.
No complaints.
Location
One lift and the washing machine facilities on our floor going continually. Access to snacks in the vending machines was poor, more variety needed.
