Pros:

Location is ideal in the heart of the city.

Cons:

My shower leaked water ( a pool of water) outside the shower bay. Other guests were noisy, the refrigerator was noisy at night time. The streaming service kept dropping out during movies and one of the lifts stopped working.

Was a good place to stay just slight issues with the elevators. But would definitely stay again

Like the location. Staff are lovely

Cons:

That the elevator was playing up & the other was out of order. Which made people use the stairwell which was next to our room so heard slamming doors a bit

Location was fantastic, breakfast was lovely

Cons:

Only one lift was working and it took ages to be able to go up and down the lift as it was constantly full of people. At one point it took 20mins just to get from my floor to reception. We had no body wash in our shower so we phoned reception but no one answered the phone. After several attempts at calling reception we ended up having to walk down to reception and asked for some. It then took an extra 40 mins to get the wash delivered to our room.

I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Room was great and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Cold shower. Immediate service was wonderful offering us a bottle of bubbles and breakfast.

Central location excellent
Pros:

Staff immediately acted when I couldn’t work the television.
Staff particularly helpful explaining as a paid Accor member in the future I should book thru Accor web.
Staff apologetic a lift was down and gave chocolates

We were there for 4 nights and the room as serviced less than 24 hours before we left. It would've been better if the room had been done in the middle of our stay.
