Will definately return, we love Pullman.
Pros:

Love Pullman, very central, extremely clean and excellent helpful staff. Also great rooms.

Cons:

Wasn’t keep on having the pod coffee machine in our room, we didn’t know how to work it so had to go out to buy our coffees. Also have always enjoyed Blossoms rooftop restaurant in the past especially their lasagne, but found their menu was a little limited this time and no lasagne on the menu 😞

Despite the Reno, many things were still worn out or broken.
Out room door had the cover of the swipe access chip fall off
Same again when accessing toilets in communal area
Carpets in the lift and blossom bar were threadbare and filthy.
Room cleaning service was not great, our used glasses were not removed.
I had arranged a surprise to be in the room when we arrived - was not there. Even when I advised of our arrival time AND dropped bags of early and confirmed we would return at the agreed time. It lost its wow.

Great location and views, but save your money for a room that makes you feel spoilt and special.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Only 1 block from the Mall and so central to everything else in the city.
The view from our room was spectacular especially at night with the city lights.

Cons:

The room was very tired and looked scruffy, with paint peeling off the towel stand, the skirting boards and wallpaper scuffed and marked, the paint beginning to peel off the ceiling above the shower.
The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Almost a dribble. Very disappointing.
And the service when we were trying to check out and get our bags to our car was terrible. Not enough staff and just not available. For the hundreds of dollars we spent on the two nights, I was very disappointed. It was for our wedding anniversary and we certainly didn't feel like it was a special place to stay.
