Perfect hotel for a stay in Yerevan. Price/quality is really great. Warm words to the staff for taking care of us!
Pros:

Nice hotel in 7 minutes drive from Centre. Cozy and well equipped. Breakfasts are like home-style:)

Pros:

Discreta la camera con bagno moderno.

Cons:

La struttura manca di un ascensore per salire ai piani superiori e manca anche di personale che aiuti al trasporto delle valigie in camera.
Siamo stati 3 notti ma il secondo giorno la stanza non è stata pulita.
La colazione è decisa dall' hotel ed il cliente deve adattarsi.

Pros:

Gut geführtes Hotel allerdings sind die Räume renovierungsbedürftig (Feuvhtigkeit an der Wand) Die Lage ist nicht schlecht aber auf einer Anhöhe was unbequem für Leute ist wenn man zu Fuß erkunden will Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Fenster sind Panorama und nicht zu öffnen
Man ist auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen
Balkon oder Terrasse gibt es nicht. Alles in allem war es nicht schlecht aber ein zweites Mal eher nicht.

Lage des Hotels und keine Belüftung der Zimmer möglich.

Домашний уютный отель.
Pros:

Мы ночевали только одну ночь, приехали поздно, и приятный молодой человек быстро заселил в номер, принес дополнительные подушки и одеяла. Все было хорошо, номер чистый и комфортный. На завтраке была волшебная женщина, которая ухаживала, как за родными.

Cons:

Отсутствие лифта - с тяжелыми чемоданами подниматься даже на второй этаж не комфортно.
Номер выходил на оживленную дорогу, было не много шумно, даже ночью. Вида на город из нашего номера не было, хотя при бронировании подкупили большие окна и вид.

Pros:

Все было отлично, один балл снизила за комфорт, т к не было лифта на 2 этаж. В двух шагах круглосуточный супермаркет и пекарня, работающая допоздна. Очень чисто, удобный матрац.

Everything excellent.

Cons:

Location - though close to the center one has to descend/climb some 200 meters difference in altitude. But then cabs/yandex are very affordable.
