Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, clean, safe, and cozy atmospher
Pros:

This hotel is safe and has a beautiful garden with a great view of the mountains. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean.

Cons:

I regret not staying at this hotel longer. Everything was great. There's nothing I didn't like. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Todo me encantó, los jardines y piletas una maravilla la habitación amplia y comoda. La cama buenísima. El personal muy amable . Muy lindos los murales y los mensajes en ellos. El desayuno también estaba muy bueno .

Pros:

Included breakfast downstairs. The bed was fairly comfy. There was a list of nearby activities provided. Two small bottles of water were provided.

Cons:

Very noisy, noise of cars, birds, roosters, very loud construction, etc. You could even hear the toilet being flushed in other rooms. It could do with a lot better sound proofing.
There was also a crack in the door which wouldn't help with the sound but also made me feel a bit unsafe.
The curtains were a bit annoying and it was fiddly to ensure it covered the whole window as it only just fit.
When having a shower the plastic of the bath felt very thin and felt like it was going to break under me. There's a TV but the controller doesn't work properly and couldn't get a guide up, it also suggested you can stream but this does not work.
The booking also suggests there is a clothes airer but there's not one to be found in the room, and when questioned apparently this means the clothes hangers in the wardrobe.

Would highly recommend
Pros:

The rooms were large and airy, the bed comfy and the shower hot and strong. The surrounds were green and pleasant with fountains and colorful murals, and the staff were welcoming. You could select from a choice of breakfasts (free with the room), which were cooked after you ordered, and were very tasty. We thought this hotel was great value for money.

Great find and Will Stay Again
Pros:

This is a lovely, quiet spot to escape the noise and busyness of Panajachel. The staff was friendly and helpful although we did not need any extra help. The breakfast menu was extensive and the food delicious. The room was pleasant on the second floor. The gardens are attractive and full of soothing bird life. it is our new hotel for our stays in this area.

Cons:

The double bed was a bit too soft and the shower slow. neither were really an issue.
