Excelente Lugar, Bien ubicado, Personal muy amable

El hotel es muy lindo, súper cómodo, habitaciones amplias y muy bien ubicado

Cons:

En ocasiones por estar tan cerca del centro el ruido es alto en épocas de fiestas patronales

Pros:

The hotel has nice big courtyard, very nicely decorated. Room has enough space. Location is 1 km from the dock but it is easy to grab a tuk-tuk.

Cons:

Not all of the personal was helpful. Also , one day a cleaning person left the wet cleaning towel to my room. Was not very nice.

Wonderful relaxing stay, just wish it could have been longer!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and gardens
Friendly and helpful staff and owners-Brian was amazing and spoke perfect English
Breakfast was delicious with several choices and waitress attentive
Location off main street so low noise level however, very close to main road with restaurants & shopping

Cons:

The front desk made our reservations for travel from Panajachel to Guatemala City and failed to mention we would be making a stop and transfer to another bus in Antigua. It was not a problem, just a surprise and made the trip longer.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, the paintings throughout the hotel was amazing, the greenery was excellent around...and well maintained, the location right off the main street was walking distance from the ferries and loads of eating places. The breakfast was great and the coffee and tea station with biscuits in the afternoon was such a great touch.

Cons:

The water pressure at times was really low.

Cons:

First thing was to get to Panajatchel, after a long day of flights and traveling to be told your booking was "booking.com canceled your room because of bad card". When I made my booking (with plenty of time) the booking state CLEARLY "you pay at the hotel" why would nobody cancel because of my card the day off?

At least on my room (4th floor), the water pressure or lack thereof was annoying. Also, you get a tiny bar of soap the first day and that's it.

Pros:

Un bonito espacio para alojarse, espacios amplios y muy agradables. La habitación fue suficientemente amplia y confortable. Buena ubicación y fácil desplazamiento a diferentes lugares.
Sus murales y jardines hacen que el hotel se destaque, al igual que la vista a la hermosa montaña.
El desayuno es generoso y rico.

Excellent stay will return again.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, all staff were so nice and helpful. the location and grounds are beautiful. I love all the landscaping and painted walls. It is secure and quiet, so many areas on grounds to sit and read or relax outside.

Cerca de calle Santander, las instalaciones estan muy bien, seguro, las habitaciones comodas, el desayuno rico. Si se escucha la música de los lugares cerca pero no es molesto. El personal muy amable. Considera esto una opción para hospedarte

This property is in a great location, with beautiful gardens and a scenic rooftop. The bedrooms are basic but very clean and the best hot shower I’ve had in all of Central America. The breakfasts are delicious and staff are very friendly and accommodating
