We booked Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA for a family staycation in Quezon City and it absolutely delivered on value and location. The hotel is directly connected to SM North EDSA, which was a game-changer for us. No commute, no traffic, no hassle. Whenever our son got restless, we just walked straight over for meals, shopping, or play at Timezone. For families, that kind of convenience is priceless.
The rooms were clean, bright, and spacious enough for all of us to settle in comfortably. Everything felt easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want on a family trip.
A special mention goes to Enrico, the bellman who assisted us with our luggage during checkout. He was warm, friendly, and so accommodating, handling everything with a smile and making sure we were taken care of right up to the moment we left. Those small touches of great service really stuck with us.

We checked in because of our son's 3rd birthday, to celebrate intimately. Upon arrival everything is going smoothly from the front desk, I forgot the name the one who assisted us, she is very accommodating and polite and we feel overwhelmed because the guy in the front desk gave my son some craft materials, little gift for his bday. Thank you so much front desk. Thank you also to Diane (Housekeeper) for keeping our room cozy and clean. Thank you also to the girl dining staff who gave my son a slice of cake for his birthday during our bfast meal. We are so delighted, overwhelmed, grateful and satisfied staying here at Park Inn hotel. Thank you all and have a fruitful business ahead.

It is conveniently connected to SM North Edsa, so you have easy access to anything you may need such as grocery stores, pharmacy, shopping, and countless dining options. The hotel a cafe, where you can avail of the breakfast buffet. The staff are courteous and friendly, the housekeeping staff diligently cleans the room daily. Security if phenomenal.

We actually extended our stay. It is conveniently connected to the SM North mall, so meeting up with family and friends is easy with a lot of dining options around. The room is clean, the housekeeping staff and front desk are friendly and helpful. They have good security as well. Buffet breakfast was fantastic!

The crew in the dining area (CASA) are very accommodating and friendly. They would attend to your needs without even us asking. We would definitely come back over here and recommend this hotel to our friends because of the wonderful experience. Shout out to polite and helpful crew, Mariel, Angelica, Tine, and Micah, making our stay over here an extraordinary one.

Very clean and comfortable; but I had trouble pulling the blanket because it was neatly tucked it under the bed; but overall, a very pleasant experience.

Good rooms and services. Just need to be attentive to some finer room details for a suite. Cleanliness is good but tv remote batteries and the comfort of robes needs to be checked.
