Loved the hotel, its architecture, atmosphere, and location. Will return.
Pros:

Awesome room, large, comfortable, beautiful. Old Europe.

Cons:

There was no AC in the room, but it did not affect us as the weather was fine. However, this is likely to be an issue when it's very hot.

Wunderschönes Hotel im Jugendstil. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr gute Lage.

Die Zimmer sind etwas ringhörig. Es wurde aber gut darauf geachtet, dass es nachts ruhig war.

Pros:

Short stroll to old town square. Beautiful old building full of character and charm. Immaculate rooms. Reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Couldn't fault a thing.

Comfortable historic hotel close to the heart of Kracow
Pros:

Very good breakfast in pleasant rooms. The hotel is very well located - just three blocks from the center of the old city but in a quiet neighborhood that’s also convenient to the train station. It has an old world (late 1800s) feel if that’s what you’re looking for (I was and enjoyed it).

La posizione centrale a due passii dalla Piazza del Mercato, la colazione abbondante dolce e salata, la cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff.
Vicinissimi locali e ristoranti. A pochi minuti dalla stazione di Krakow Glowny dove c'è grande centro commerciale. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Wspaniały klimat dawnych czasów, dawnych hoteli, elegancja, czystość, wykwint, coś nie do podrobienia, co cechuje hotele z tradycjami o rodzinnym charakterze. Przemiła pomocna obsługa, urozmaicone śniadania, cisza w nocy. Także coś nietypowego, brak hałasującej klimatyzacji, co dziś jest rzadkie i poszukiwane. Lokalizacja idealna, centrum, ale spokojnie, dostępny parking, zdecydowanie powyżej oczekiwań. Chętnie tam wrócimy. To dawny Kraków w pigułce i piękne miejsce pobytu, wszędzie blisko, najlepiej pieszo lub dorożką.
