Lo staff è stato davvero eccezionale: molto professionale, gentile e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la cortesia, l’attenzione verso gli ospiti e la disponibilità nel soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Un servizio impeccabile che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Cons:

Per quanto riguarda il servizio in sala, tutti i camerieri sono stati gentili e disponibili, ma abbiamo notato una certa differenza nel livello di professionalità tra i vari membri dello staff. Alcuni erano molto preparati e professionali, mentre altri, pur essendo sempre cortesi, sembravano avere un po’ meno esperienza.
A nostro avviso, l’organizzazione del servizio al tavolo potrebbe essere migliorata: capitava che venissimo serviti da camerieri diversi che non sempre erano al corrente di ciò che era già stato ordinato o portato al tavolo. Con un po’ più di coordinamento e organizzazione, il servizio potrebbe essere sicuramente all’altezza dell’ottimo livello della struttura.

Super dejligt hotel. Meget imødekommende.
Lækkert poolområde.
Fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet. Der var inkluderet eftermiddagskage samt let frokost selvom vi egentlig kun havde booket med halvpension. Vi fik 5 retter aftensmad, rigtig lækkert.
Der er gode lademuligheder på hotellets parkeringsplads.
Kan varmt anbefale hotellet.

L'état de l'établissement est formidable très confortable avec des endroits communs qui sont très chaleureux. La nourriture est exceptionnellement bonne et variée. L'accueil est très généreux

Pour améliorer il serait utile qu'il y ait une cafetière une bouilloire présent dans la chambre de façon à pouvoir émettre soi-même quelque chose point et climatisé mes chambres pour plus de confort

Wonderful luxury vacation
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful Sunday welcome with aperitif and small treats. The food was overall excellent and of a high standard including afternoon coffee and desserts. Perfect swimming pool and especially the jacuzzi. Also the reception staff and waiters were great and very friendly and smiling. The room was large and spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony of the valley and the surrounding mountains. Simply a wonderful stay.

Cons:

A bit complicated and adrenaline-filled parking in the garages and relatively few parking spaces around the hotel. The bed could have been a bit harder. The stay could have been longer.
