Very helpful and friendly staff (particularly Maraz and Muhammed who helped us to recover a phone that was left behind). Always greeted by big smiles when we arrived in the lobby! Rooms were very comfortable and clean, the sauna and hammam were great and the breakfast is served to 11 (which suited us really well). Thanks to the whole team!

Comfortable stay in the Bomonti area while attending a work-related event. The room was clean and well-stocked with all necessary amenities, including coffee pods and water bottles. I didn’t use the spa, but the area where it is located looked nice. The staff was very nice, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I stepped into the hotel until the end of my stay. I was welcomed with a complimentary set of soft drinks and a dessert upon arrival, which was very thoughtful and made me feel much better after a long trip. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a very nice 6-night stay. I would highly recommend this place.
The gym would benefit from having paper towels available so guests can clean the equipment after use.
Muhammed assisted us from the day we arrived, and he helped us to organise the taxi,he's professional,overall all staff were also helpful.
Breakfast was great, especially appreciated having a lot of fruit options.
Everything was great, but one of the hotel staff offered my friend taxi ride to the airport and they agreed on the amount. However, the driver demanded that my friend pays more once she arrived at the airport - that wasn't very nice.

Très mal situé quartier sans intérêt pas de trottoir pour marcher l hôtel se trouve en pente difficile d'accès autre bémol le petit déjeuner Très modeste que du pain farine blanche franchement médiocre aliments en petite quantité minable mais bon comme souvent à istambul les déjeuners sont ridicules hélas tout est compté ......

I received a very warm welcome, especially given that my flight was late at night and I arrived with my family at 4:30 a.m.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they responded to all requests with a smile.
