Pros:

Great location a few minutes walk from Ayase station. On the Chiyoda line, which is a plus.

Cons:

The per night stay price has been steadily increasing of the past 2 years. That is not a good sign...

初めての宿泊ですが　老人の私に優しく丁寧にオンライン操作などお手伝いして頂きました　本当に助かりました機会があれば是非アバホテル様を又利用したいと思います

Cons:

朝方　お隣の部屋からドスーンと幾度となくぶつかる様な音が続きました　ちょっと残念でした　大人がやる事はないと思いますから仕方ないと思います　私も孫がおりますから気を付けないといけないと思いました　素敵なホテルでも残念な旅になってしまいますよね

APA seems to find great locations close to transport. Very comfy with plenty of amenaties and helpful staff.

バスの水を抜いたら、栓が詰まっていたのか、水がトイレの足元へ流れてきた。フロントにはチェックアウト時に伝えた。

何も特色がなかった。
Pros:

きれいだった。浴槽も広くゆったりできたが、温泉・大浴場じゃないので入浴剤があると良かった。

Cons:

窓が開かず景色が見れず、エレベーターが１機で待ち時間がかなりあった。
これが他に比べて良かった！って点がなかったこと。

便利で清潔で満足
Pros:

お風呂のキレイさ、ベッドのクッションの感じ、テレビ画面の大きさなど全てにおいて清潔感があって良かった。隣がセブンイレブンというのも便利です。

Cons:

東京武道館での試合に出場するために宿泊したが、もう少し宿泊費を抑えたかった。
