I would stay here again!
Pros:

The breakfast was complimentary, & good! Lots of choices. The staff was great, friendly & very accommodating. Called front desk for more towels, they were there in minutes. It was a quiet & peaceful environment. Everywhere I went, even in the elevators, was clean, & even smelled clean. Overall, it was a great place to stay at a great price. I am handicapped, & in a wheelchair, & found everything to be very accessible throughout the facility.

Cons:

The only amenity missing was a laundry room. However, the staff pointed me in the direction of their sister location, right next door, where I could wash a load of clothes.

Simple, easy, clean and the staff made it quite pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I have food allergies and there was plenty of eggs and meat for me. They also had picante salsa packets which was nice.

Cons:

Not much. A second pool, lower cost per night? Lol the usual. It was very nice.

Great hotel and breakfast. Enjoy the personalised room to and Netflix connectivity. Will stay again.
Pros:

Great room, Netflix. Good facilities and breakfast.

Cons:

Weirdly the second Tru with toenails on the floor of the room?! Light bulb missing and one light dimmer switch broken. Bed seemed too small for the frame, kept hitting my leg on to it.

Pros:

Hotel was spotless, absolutely beautiful. Lamond at the front desk was amazing! So helpful and friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable! Thank you Lamond! We appreciate you!

Cons:

The water pressure in shower could have been better. We were in the 5th floor, not sure if that was a factor.

Convenient to the hospital my dad was in.

Cons:

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. I was strapped for cash but my dad is in the ICU so I was a little put off by the $50 security fee I didn’t plan on having to pay.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay but it was Laken in some conveniences.
Pros:

The location was good the property was clean and you do feel safe at this property.

Cons:

I didn’t like that we didn’t have a coffee pot microwave are a very good fridge and the breakfast was just ok
