Péssimo atendimento da recepção, sem cordialidade nenhuma, pessoas despreparadas. O hotel é barulhento a noite , não consegui dormir por causa do barulho de fora. Falaram que iam me dar a NF no checkout e não me entregaram nem sequer isso

Pros:

Muito próximo ao aeroporto. Ideal para quem está de passagem (chegando ou saindo de São Luís de avião). O restaurante é muito bom. Serve pratos gostosos por preços razoáveis.

Cons:

Barulho intenso na avenida em que localizado. Toalhas muito finas e travesseiros muito baixos e pequenos.
