Recomendo rever a recepcionista, extremamente mal educado, não demonstra nenhuma empatia. Parece que esta pedindo pelo amor de deus para dormir. Equipe no geral ruim! qualquer pergunta, interpretado e respondido com ódio. Ficamos calados suportando tal situação para não ocorrer o pior.

Hôtel propre, chambre ok mais ils pourraient quand même mettre une petite serviette de toilette et du produit douche pour ce standing

Pros:

A localização e o apto.

Cons:

Muito barulho externo à noite, atrapalhando a dormir. Creio q pedi picanha, arroz e fritas no jantar, nas à carne não era picanha. Com fome, não quis reclamar.

Quarto muito amplo como um pequeno apto, café da manhã com diversas opções de sucos, pães, bolos, ovos, tapiocas etc. Corredores espaçosos, largos, bons elevadores tbm espaçosos; funcionários educados, restaurante com preços justos, refeições variadas e deliciosas.
