Friendly staff at a hotel with a great location!
Pros:

A hotel in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from Dam Square. The hotel has a beautiful garden that feels like an oasis. In the garden, there is the Oriole Garden Bistro restaurant. We ate there and really enjoyed the food. But the most pleasant part was the staff — very helpful and friendly!

Everything went well. very comfortable stay with helpful staff

Cons:

I was in a room that was split level, so I didn't care for having to navigate going up steps in the dark at night to use the toilet.

I had an exceptional stay at the Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam. The experience was truly wonderful from start to finish.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always smiling, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to the concierge service, who were attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request.

Everything was impeccable: the comfort, the quality of service, and the attention to detail. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Their restaurant, Oriole, is by far my favorite restaurant in Amsterdam, the food and atmosphere are outstanding. The breakfast is also excellent, with a great selection and high-quality products.

I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Amsterdam.
