بشكل عام يعتبر فندق نظيف ومرتب ومن الفنادق المعروفة والفخمة في أمستردام.. موظفي الاستقبال ودودين وخدومين جدا..

الموقع قريب جدا من ساحة دام قرابة 5 دقائق مشي على الأقدام.. غرفه مطلة على القنوات المائية.. لكن يعيب موقعه أن الوصول له بالسيارة صعب نوعا ما وخاصة بعد الساعة 6 مساء حيث تغلق الشوارع المحيطة به لإتاحة المجال للمشاة..

حجزت غرفتين عائلية متصلة.. كانت مساحتها متوسطة نوعا ما ولكنها مرتبة ونظيفة.. لفت انتباهي في غرفة الأطفال أن الشبابيك لا تفتح بشكل كامل وهذا أعجبني جدا جدا..

من الأشياء التي ضايقتني عندهم أنهم يوفرون يوميا علبتين ماء فقط رغم أن عددنا 5 أشخاص.. طلبت من الاستقبال علب ماء إضافية فطلبوا 16 يورو قيمة العلبة الواحدة مما اضطرني لشراء الماء من خارج الفندق..
