El hotel está en obras y te despierta el ruido de los taladros. No hay aire acondicionado y el ascensor algunos días no funcionó

All'arrivo in hotel ci è stato comunicato che l'aria condizionata non era funzionante a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione in corso, e ci è stato fornito in sostituzione un inutile ventilatore. Abbiamo quindi scoperto che l'hotel era sostanzialmente un cantiere operativo, con conseguenze molto rilevanti sulla qualità del soggiorno. La camera assegnata è situata in posizione d'angolo, con esposizione a sud e con ampie superfici vetrate su entrambe le pareti esterne, circostanza che unita alle elevate temperature verificatesi anche a Bruxelles ha determinato un insopportabile surriscaldamento degli ambienti. Inoltre i lavori di ristrutturazione hanno prodotto rumori estremamente intensi e continui (trapani, martelli e altre attrezzature da cantiere), anche in orari normalmente destinati al riposo All'esterno delle finestre, a brevissima distanza dalla camera, erano presenti attività di cantiere che hanno generato inoltre odori molto forti e persistenti, assimilabili a catrame o altri materiali da costruzione, tali da rendere difficile perfino arieggiare la stanza.
il personale dell'hotel non ha ritenuto opportuno fornire alcuna preventiva informazione né presentare scuse per i significativi disagi arrecati.
La camera è decisamente modesta e male arredata, tutta la struttura è in buona parte trascurata e poco accogliente.

Lift kapot bij aankomst, met valies naar 4de verdieping. Grote verbouwingswerken, tot volgend jaar, over 3 verdiepingen. Dag 2 lift werkt, maar je kan niet in of uitstappen op de 4de verdieping 🥲

Pas d'air climatiser et nous n'avons pas été avisé avant notre arriver de plus l'air était suffocante et à cause de cela j'ai fais un malaise durant la nuit car nous avions un ventillateur pour trois personnes.Porte de salle de bain brisé et difficulté à fermer, au chaude soit brulante ou glacial.L' hotel ne voulais pas rembourser nos deux nuit que nous avons quitter dû à la forte chaleur, nous devons contacter booking.com. Il y a beaucoup de bruit de party à l'extérieur jusqu'à minimum 3h du matin.

L'hôtel est dans le hyper centre de Bruxelles donc il faut savoir qu'il est particulièrement bruyant. Même les fenêtres fermées, le bruit de la rue est audible (surtout les vendredis et samedis).

The hotel is under renovation which means that the elevator does not work and starting from 8am you hear constant construction noise. Also to get to your room you have to basically walk though the sections that are under construction.
The room is old and is not like on the first pictures.
The room is not well cleaned, (some rubbish left under the bed, hair all over the bed sheets, stains on the carpet)
Pay attention that there is no AC in the room and the room does not have main lights in the ceiling.
The bed and the bed sheets are uncomfortable, as for a hotel that costs over 100 per night
Also the view from the window is really disappointing, and there is no kettle in the room.

Rideau de la fenêtre de la salle de bain cassé, douche pas propre (avec des poils dans la baignoire), gel de douche fini, équipement vieux.
Travaux dans les parties communes qui gênent l’ascenseur (3e étage sans ascenseur), bruit des travaux dès 8h du matin

The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. The elevator and air conditioning are not working. There is significant noise, dust, and dirt from the morning.

L'hôtel est en plein travaux ! On m'a donné une chambre au 5ème étage et l'ascenseur est en panne. Il faut traverser le débris du chantier pour accéder à l'escalier. La chambre devait être équipée de la climatisation, qui était également en panne. On m'a promis un ventilateur qui n'est jamais arrivé. En plus, il n'y avait pas l'eau chaude. Je demande un remboursement.

Todo el interior en obras, el ascensor no funciona y ruidos horribles de obra desde las 07.00 de la mañana que no dejan pegar ojo. Desaconsejo absolutamente alojarse allí

Hotellet var under oppussing, heisen virket ikke og man følte man bodde på en byggeplass.
Klokken 8 begynte de og borte og banke.
Hotellet burde vert stengt med så omfattende oppussing.

The hotel didn't inform that they were under renovation for a year and the airco was not working. We booked this hotel for that specific reason under a heatwave. When we asked why the airco was not working the short answer from the staff was "renovation". In the moment that we told them that we were leaving, one staff member offered a small fan and no apologies at all. Very disappointing that the hotel didn't let us know beforehand that the airco was not working in the middle of a heatwave and no compensation were offered or an alternative, like a fan when we asked for the airco.
