Del hotel que yo había reservado al lado de la Grand-Place cuando llegamos están en obras y me dicen que nos realojan en un hotel a 20 minutos del centro. Busco y es un barrio donde las reseñas son pésimas. Nos ha tocado coger metro para ir y volver del hotel cada día para ir al centro de Bruselas con mi hija menor de edad. Booking no ha hecho nada al respecto, cuando el primer día les comuniqué la situación y me informaron que mirarían de cancelar la reserva y buscar otro alojamiento en el centro. Ni un mail ni una llamada de Booking en 4 días. Lamentable. Si no tienes problemas, pues vale, pero como tengas un problema, Booking no ha hecho nada.

Hotel v rekonstrukci
Pros:

Personál byl milý a napomocný. Snidane v čistém a útulném prostředí. Hotel se rekonstruuje, takže to bylo potřeba brát v potaz. Výtah byl v provozu jeden, ale nebyl to problém.

Cons:

Ačkoliv se hotel rekonstruuje, zjistili jsme to až na místě. Což by nebyl problém, ale koberec na pokoji, kde jsme se báli chodit i v hrubých ponožkách, už se nám tolik nelíbily. Byly tam fleky, u kterých bylo evidentní, že tam jsou již pěkně dlouho. Na jednu noc se to dá zvládnout v pohodě, více už by bylo horší.
