Pros:

Location is good, right in the middle of old town area and 10 mins walk from central station.

Cons:

The room is super small, no space to open luggage. Pump of the shower was blocked and water came out everywhere. It’s fixed immediately by the staff tho. Breakfast was average.

Pros:

La ambientación del hotel está bonita, está bien situado y no tengo queja ni de la limpieza ni del desayuno, todo bastante bien, también el personal.

Cons:

Lo que más eche en falta es que no tuviera armario la habitación, aunque tiene algún mueble donde puedes tener la ropa doblada.

L’hôtel ne se charge pas d’appeler les taxis mais indique où est la station la plus proche même si le départ est à 5 h du matin…. Pas top! De plus les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et le linge de toilette est souvent manquant (il faut réclamer à la réception). Enfin le café n’est fourni que la première nuit même si on reste 4 nuis.

La décoration sombre avec du tissu partout et pas du tout à mon goût (ambiance boudoir suggestif)

Le prix élevé alors que le lieu n est ni classe ni serein ni neuf( personnes fumant à l entrée, passage obligé pour accéder aux chambres par le restaurant bruyant et la musique bien trop forte, entree du club avec jeunes sur leurs telephones devant l ascenseur)
Nous avons demandé un remboursement à notre arrivée car dans la chambre, les lits étaient faits avec des draps tachés et froissés, la salle de bain spartiate, un vieux chauffage bain d huile à roulettes était dans la pièce et le sol recouvert de moquette foncée était sale. Le remboursement nous a été refusé alors que nous venions juste d arrivées et la personne de l accueil nous a proposé une chambre bien plus correcte car plus récente.

Spacious room, central location, noisy street.
Pros:

Very central to the historic part of the city. A short walk to the main square, shops and restaurants, and the train station.

Cons:

Our 3rd floor room overlooked a very noisy street and pub. People were partying until 3am just below our window on a weeknight. Thankfully we had earplugs, so it wasn't a big issue, but it's something to be aware of.

Hotel mit Potential
Pros:

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr Freundliches Personal sehr motiviert und zuvorkommend.
Frühstück absolut okay.....hätte mir eine Milch Alternative gewünscht.
Im 2 OG gibt's eine Bällchen Badewanne....Nice.

Cons:

Parkhaus in der Nähe......wenn man die Baustellen in der Stadt überwunden hat.
Das Zimmer war sehr staubig.....Die Fenster Rahmen beim Öffnen....wohl noch nie geputzt....

Brussel bezoeken in stijl zonder problemen
Pros:

supervriendelijk onthaal aan de balie. ideale locatie dicht bij Grote Markt. Stijlvolle inrichting van het hotel.

Cons:

kamer had uitzicht op muur, maar erg was dit niet, op enkele minuten lopen sta je op de Grote Markt van Brussel!

Moderna e confortável
Pros:

Adorei a decoração do quarto, ter um toalheiro elétrico é um diferencial. Eles disponibilizavam café, chá e água para os hóspedes, bem legal. Ter elevador é muito confortável, e ele ficava bem perto da grand palace.

Pros:

Posizione, tipo di hotel arredamenti e atmosfera, colazione con prodotti di qualità, acqua disponibile e caffè e thè al piano. Stanza tranquilla.

Cons:

Materasso un po' ceduto verso centro letto. La testata del letto in velluto mantiene un po' di polvere. La mancanza del bidet è purtroppo uno standard fuori Italia

Luxurious at first sight but looks may deceive.

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

There were pigeons in the false ceiling above us making a lot of noise during the night. It was like they were in our room.

The following day, when we opened the curtains, there were pigeon feathers on the inside of the window on the window sill and pigeon poop on the inside of the window. (See photos).

Furthermore our room wasn't cleaned before we entered it. There was still powdered milk on the little desk, stains on the bedsheets and hairs in the bathroom .

To finish things off, we saw a mouse running through the eating area (where the kitchen is also located).

The pictures online seem very luxurious but in reality this hotel doesn't look well-maintained.

Especially for the price, we expected more.
