Très bien, rien à redire.
Pros:

Très bon petit dej, riche, varié, copieux. Emplacement parfait. Lit confortable. Salle de bain très bien, douche ok.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant du fait de voisins de chambre peu discrets.

Fijne ligging, midden in het centrum en mooie kamer

Het bed was niet heel comfortabel, op de plekken waar je ligt zaten deuken in het matras waardoor we niet echt lekker lagen

La ubicación excepcional, muy céntrico y con muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor. La decoración del bar y del restaurante original, transmitía buen ambiente. El desayuno muy completo y el personal muy amable.

Nous avons été victimes dans notre chambre, du vol de notre sac à dos avec IPAD et papiers d'identités que nous avons déclaré à la réception.
Le réceptionniste après appel à son supérieur nous a demandé d'aller au commissariat dans lequel nous avons passé la soirée!!!
Le lendemain dans l'après-midi en revenant à l'hôtel la réceptionniste nous informe que le sac à dos a été retrouvé dans leur local de ménage!!!!!
A aucun moment un membre de la direction n' a pris contact avec nous!!!!!
Nous devons refaire tous nos papiers à nos frais bien sûr, aucune excuse de la direction et encore moins un geste commercial!!!

Great for a short stay, ideal location.
Pros:

Great location. Close to Brussels central station, easy walk. We had a lovely apartment with plenty of room, kitchenette. Great for a short stay. Good size bathroom.

Localização, dimensão do quarto, Staff. Camas confortáveis e foi bom receber um welcome kit.

Cons:

O alojamento em que ficámos ficou fora do hotel e tinha muitas escadas estreitas e íngremes. Subir com uma mala de porão foi dificil. O quarto precisa de manutenção como a área do wc. A cozinha tinha utensílios insuficientes para 4 pessoas, algumas zonas estavam mal limpas, o frigorífico pouco refrigerava, não havia material para lavar ou secar do utensílios de cozinha. Também aos conseguimos abrir as janelas para o exterior.
