Cool, clean, comfortable and central. Good value for money.
Pros:

Cool, clean and comfortable, in an very central location. Easy to walk to from the station. Had everything a travelling family needs.

Cons:

The family rooms are across the road from the main hotel - which was convenient and private, and meant we got to look at the beautiful main hotel, but I wanted to have a nosey road as well - I am sure the staff would have let me had I asked, the staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Wir planten Ende Juli eine Nacht im Craves zu verbringen. Nach dem Check-in lasen wir aktuelle Rezensionen, dass es im Craves mehrfach Bettwanzenvorfälle gab. Wir kontrollierten unsere Zimmer und fanden neben Unsauberkeit Spuren, die auf Bettwanzen hindeuteten.
Wir sprachen den Rezeptionisten an, der die Vorfälle bestätigte. Da wir die Nacht nicht in den Zimmern verbingen wollten und uns keine anderen Zimmer angeboten wurden, checkten wir noch nachts aus.
Trotz mehrfacher Anrufe und Emails an das Management, erfolgte keine Reaktion auf unsere Aufforderung, die Kosten für die Nacht zu erstatten.

Pros:

The location was right in the middle of the city so very easy for sightseeing. I only stayed for a night while in transit so it was convenient. The room was small but enough for a short stay and well equipped

A Mysterious Vintage Vibe Stay
Pros:

A fabulous hotel stay. I adored the retro decorations and dark colours used in their palette. It smelled amazing! Not sure what room perfume was used but keep using it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a good size. Unique retro elevator to get up to the rooms.

Cons:

Since the hotel is older in architecture, the windows were a bit smaller so I had to turn on lights earlier than I would have liked but doesn't take away from staying there.

Great decoration, very practical location and many parkings nearby. There is super market next door and it is few steps from Grand Place!

the bar was a bit loud at the beginning but it was not a problem when we went to sleep, it didn't last long.
