Poor service and inadequate support for guests with disabilities
Pros:

The room was reasonably comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful or considerate toward my sister, who has a disability. Especially with wheelchair. The security officer did not assist us with our luggage. Basic room amenities—including a toothbrush, soap, coffee, and bottled water—were not provided. The breakfast selection was repetitive, with no variety during our stay. Overall, the service and accessibility support were disappointing.
