Pros:

Colaționare foarte bună cu personalul de la recepție, camera destul de curată, lift, parcare subterană gratuită, poziționare destul de bună în oraș. Micul dejun suficient de diversificat dar pentru o impresie mai bună trebuie să mergi mai spre începutul programului (7-10).

Cons:

Curățenia veselei, lipsa șampon.

Pros:

The Bursa Sahin Hotel is located on a slightly dark side street in the city center, but in an excellent position, just a short walk from the Mevlana Museum, restaurants, the bazaar, the city center, and all the main attractions. Breakfast is served as a buffet, with a good variety of both sweet and savory options. An excellent choice for visiting Bursa!

Location was perfect, a 5 min walk away from the important Kent Meydani Mall. The staff was very friendly, all of them. The room was nice and cosy. Value for money? Perfect. They were kind enough to offer me free breakfast although this wasn't included in my package. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room soundproof can be upgrade because when was in the room i heard neighbours talked.

Pas grand chose. Personnel pas aimable ni content en reclamant du lait chaud et du café au petit déjeuner 😡😡

Cons:

L'absence total du lait chaud et café au petit déjeuner. Du coup, les 3 jours de mon séjour je n'ai pris aucune fois le petit déjeuner 😡😡
Je demande même un remboursement partiel de non prise du petit déjeuner.

La ubicación y las instalaciones estaban bien

Cons:

El recepcionista que nos atendió fue muy poco amable y cuando le solicitamos el parking (previamente reservado) nos indicó que aparcáramos en la calle en la puerta del hotel. El desayuno estaba frío y alguna comida se notaba que estaba recalentada.
