Nice place, good location and nice room. The female staff in the main desk was not so friendly, the breafast was average and the shower was very inconsistent, got cold and hot automatically.

I was there for a night, it wasn’t all that great experience.
To start off, there was a power cut for almost 30 minutes when I checked in, there were tea bags and coffee powder sachets in the room but no kettle to boil the water, I had to ask for one to have it sent to my room. The shower was somewhat strange, the water would get scalding hot and get freezing cold automatically, the worst part was that I called the reception at around 0955 PM, Ariana answered the call as I requested for a water bottle and she hung up the phone. I then sent a message through the Hilton Honors app to which she bluntly responded that I should better go to 9th floor and get it and that they didn’t have any room service facility available on that particular day.
On the brighter side, the restaurant staff Maria was very nice and friendly and did everything she could to make my dining experience a pleasant one.

QUE EL LOBBY DEL HOTEL ESTE EN PISO 9 Y QUE LAS VENTANAS NO SE PUEDAN ABRIR.
El desayuno en la terraza del último piso.
Fuimos tres personas, y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales pequeñas.
La ubicación es perfecta para mi caso, un buen desayuno y um gym con lo justo y necesario.
Siempre muchos problemas para conectar a la internet, siempre hay que llenar a varios campos. Entiendo que deberían proporcionar algo más fácil. Creo que aun hay algo que mejorar en la limpieza de los baños.
