Excellent room and staff were very helpful, especially the girl on Reception.
Pros:

Fantastic room and facilities, free drink and minibar was a lovely extra.

Cons:

The whole view was of a building site.

Agréable séjour
Pros:

Très bonne situation à Bâle, design réussi et ambiance contemporaine. La chambre était confortable, avec un excellent lit. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le minibar gratuit.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ne m’a pas convaincue. La salle est assez froide et peu accueillante. J’ai surtout trouvé très désagréable l’odeur des saucisses grillées dès le matin. Le café était également de qualité très médiocre, ce qui contraste avec le niveau général de l’hôtel.

Pros:

Beautiful room and hotel, very clean and spacious, super friendly staff

Cons:

It didn't have air con - not their fault as it's a new rule from the city on new buildings but it was warm in the room!

Toller Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Modernes Hotel, mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Bar und Frühstücksraum mit Terrasse im Dachgeschoss.

Cons:

Gut isoliert, aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage mitten im Ausgangsviertel kann es jedoch draussen auf der Gasse laut sein und das Fenster muss zu bleiben. Der Raum ist jedoch optimal belüftet und dies war voll in Ordnung.

colazione mediamente buona, posizione ottima, bagno funzionale

Cons:

camera da due adulti adattata come camera da tre adulti, ristrutturazioni in corso negli edifici vicini, ho pagato a booking per 5 notti (2 adulti) 947 chf prenotazione poi cambiata in 4 notti ma mi ha restituito solo 62 che (anziché 189 che per un giorno in meno): resto in attesa della differenza non ricevuta

Pros:

Mooi hotel met goede ligging ten opzichte van het centrum. Parkeren kan dichtbij in een parkeergarage. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed. Centrum op loopafstand. Kamer geen airco, maar wel goede klimaatregulatie, waardoor het ondanks de hitte prima te doen was op de kamer (rond de 19 graden).

Cudowny czas w bardzo estetycznym miejscu z dobrym jedzeniem.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo estetycznie zaprojektowane wnętrza, codziennie uzupełniany barek, pyszne śniadania z lokalnych produktów i wiele z nich bio.

Cons:

Widok z tarasu na budynek w remoncie, poranne hałasy z budowy.

No vuelvo a ese hotel. No lo recomiendo
Pros:

La atención de la encargada de la consejeria Luz: eficaz y amable.

Cons:

Un calor tremendo en la habitación. No hay aire acondicionado en pleno mes de agosto, y con un calor humedo muy incomodo.
Y el colchon muy incomodo: se hunde. Y la almohada igual.
Para rematar la incomodidad en el edificio de enfrente obras con mucho ruido desde primera hora de la mañana.
La foto de la web del hotel no tiene nada que ver con la realidad.
