Pros:

位置还行，距离科隆大教堂步行20分钟的路程，房间宽敞干净，设施齐，服务员服务热情，提供付费的停车位，方便自驾。

Cons:

电梯空间太小了，大概就1平方米，两个人带行李，十分拥挤了，不过总比没有电梯要好。

Хороший тихий номер, удобная кровать, чистота, приветливый персонал. Расположение отличное - центр города, рядом очень много кафе, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности.

Cons:

Фен настолько слабый, что им было невозможно высушить волосы.

Pros:

The location is strategic; it's close to two metro stations and a tram station. The main train station and markets are within a 15 to 18-minute walk. It’s also close to the famous Haymarket shopping street, which is just 4 to 5 metro stops away. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. Customer service is excellent, and the reception staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and very helpful."

Pros:

Ein kleines familiengeführtes Hotel mit super netten Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück war sehr gut für den Preis, die Lage top, die Zimmer gut und einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz gibt es auch, was bei der Lage nicht selbstverständlich ist. Man ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten am HBF und am Kölner DOM. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Easy walking distance into town.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The room was kept well each day. It had a lift to get my bags to the third floor. Mo's Pizza around the corner was excellent.
