Un service remarquable tant à l'accueil ainsi qu'au restaurant sans oublier le personnel d'étage.
Excellent!!
Ottima posizione, comodo il garage per chi arriva in auto
I would like to thank the manger on duty, Abdul, when we arrived. A family member was not feeling well and Abdul was so wonderful in making sure that we were okay. I would definitely stay there again and I am appreciative of Abdul’s kindness.
We stayed at this property for two nights to explore Dublin. It is centrally located close to many of the city highlights. You're 5 minutes from St. Patrick's Cathedral another 10 minutes to Christ Church and 20 minutes to Trinty college. We walked to the Guinness Brewery for a tour and it took about 25 minutes. Dublin is very flat and easy to navigate. The room was very clean and the staff was very professional and always willing to help us out. Every floor has a water refilling station which came in very handy. I would stay at this property for my next visit.
Amazing location, great hotel. Wonderful stay in a wonderful city. If you want to be just the right distance from all the attractions in all directions, Hyatt is your choice.
L emplacement. La vue de la chambre...
Le personnel
La salle de restaurant est sombre et la clim trop froude
Our interconnecting rooms were perfect for our family. Location was also quite nice. Cute coffee place Two Pups rights across the street made things easy too.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt in the center of Dublin. The hotel was very well appointed with all the necessities One would need. Very nice and friendly staff, both in the restaurant and the bar. They do have underground parking little bit difficult to find but once you check in they direct you how to get there. Our stay, we came with breakfast in the morning, which was excellent. A lot of amenities for a four-star hotel we would definitely stay there again.
Convenient for the purpose of our visit
A bit expensive.
Amazing staff. Fantastic location. Nice amenities and good shower. Walkable to almost everything.
Nothing.
This was a nice hotel, but I felt like it was lacking in a few areas - parking, beds, and location.
1. Parking. We had no clue where to park. They do have a parking garage, but it wasn’t easy to find. We got on the website, and it mentioned the Christchurch parking garage, so we went there. Once we checked in, they helped us identify the parking garage. We moved our car the next day.
2. Beds. It just wasn’t very comfortable. I know comfort is subjective, so some people may find them very comfortable! To us, though, the beds were very hard.
3. Location. This is somewhat of a positive and negative. While I appreciated being away from the main touristy parts, I wish there had been a few more restaurant options nearby.
The wait staff in the restaurant were excellent while the food was just acceptable.
The front desk were incompetent.
- The "help us save the world ' sign (OMG what drivel) promised that they would not change sheets or towels but would replace coffee, tea. mil;k and sugar supplies. Didn't repace any supplioers at all.
- the next night called several times to ask for a replacement kettle, and about 40 minuityes l;ater a nice house maiod arrived with a jug of milkl!
- front desk kindly called a taxi on ouir departure but then cancelled our taxi instead of someone elses who just grabbed a taxi outside.
- had to wait and wait to be served at front desk as 3 of them chatted .
