Outstanding experience. We will definitely recommend your venue to others visiting Dublin.
Pros:

The breakfast and dinner menus offered plenty of fresh, delicious options, and the service was always outstanding. The beds and pillows were luxurious and super supportive and comfortable.

Cons:

The location doesn't have a separate, safe area for drop-off and pickup when using local transportation.

Best hotel
Pros:

Breakfast we were able to order off a menu rather than a buffet. It was delicious and very quick.

Cons:

The large comforter for your bed was extremely warm. It would be nice to have the option of something lighter.

Fabulous hotel centrally located
Pros:

Not only are the hotel rooms lovely, their food is exceptional: fresh ingredients, interesting recipes, with vegetarian and other options for people with allergies. They were more than happy to create an Irish Latte for me. Live music on the weekend was superb! I would definitely come back.

A great place to experience Dublin
Pros:

This was our first trip to Ireland and the hotel was perfect. It was centrally located so we could walk to many places. The rooms were modern, had everything we needed and were larger than anticipated. Overall the hotel was very clean, well maintained and a great place to experience Dublin.

Comfortable option in a great location. Bathrooms were spacious, room size was moderate - not big, not small, just moderate. Twin mattress was firm.

Hyatt Best Price Guarantee isn't!
Pros:

I will never stay at a Hyatt again. The best price guarantee is structurally fraudulent. I was overcharged for my room compared to the Booking.com rate and Hyatt Corporate is not concerned because their policy guidelines are met. The process is flawed. If you book the last available room in a specific room category, the check required requires more effort than simply trying to book another room to check the rate. When checked, there are no rooms available - I booked the last one. Hyatt must have known about this flaw for years as none of the agents I complained to seemed to find it unusual but also said that was the program design. OK, that means Hyatt Corporate no longer deserves my patronage. The Hotel itself was well located and the staff was very good.

Quiet Modern Dublin hotel
Pros:

Hotel was nice. Felt safe staying here. Modern and clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. The bathrooms are large and loved the king sized bed. Our favorite was Lisa in the breakfast restaurant. She was always so friendly and upbeat. Loved hearing her singing along to the music every morning and in such a happy mood. Food at breakfast was delicious. Recommend visiting John Fallons pub next door and Kavanaughs pub just down the street. Big bus tours also stops near the hotel. It was a little far to walk to the main tourist areas such as Grafton Street and Temple Bar but a good location anyway.

Cute neighborhood vibes

We loved this location - convenient walk to many tourist sites, as well as a more trendy area (Portabello Road). Hotel had great service and breakfast.
