Room was beautifully decorated. Staff friendly.
Nothing really but I guess it’s quite a lot of money for a room and nothing much else. Breakfast was okay but selection very limited.
The Dial House was a great find!
What a hidden gem!
As an interior designer, I completely loved the attention to detail in the property!
I was away on business and the room allowed me to relax in luxurious surroundings, take a wonderful bath and enjoy the gorgeous secluded terrace my “History” room provided!
I could not fault the Dial House.
My “not so secret”bolt hole for when I work away in Norfolk!
I had a few questions and the host answered me so promptly!
The onsite bakery is a bonus!
I bought cakes for my customers who I was visiting - they will greatly appreciated!
I’ll be returning soon!
Nothing!
The Dial House is a bit different, there is no specific reception desk and there are no members of staff when you arrive at the hotel. A code is sent by email which provides details of how to enter the hotel and room and a WhatsApp number is given in the event of any issues. This was no problem to us but I could understand that this might not suit everyone, especially if there were any issues (fortunately, none for us).
The room and en suite bathroom was very comfortable. It had all everything you would ordinarily expect to find, including some fresh milk in the fridge, which was a nice touch.
As well as no staff in reception, The Dial House does not have its own restaurant. We went to the busy and clearly very popular pizzeria, which is on the ground floor. Unfortunately as we had not booked we had to sit in the cafe section, which had a very small table. We shared a pizza, a chicken ceaser salad and some garlic breach, which was extremely good, in fact the freshly baked garlic bread was the best I’d ever had. I seem to recall that the pizzeria is only open on a Thursday through to a Sunday, so outside of these times you would need to find somewhere else to eat, that said, there’s a great pub across the Market Place called the Kings Arms, this serves decent food.
Breakfast is a bit different at The Dial House, guests are invited to visit the on-site bakery where you are able to choose from freshly baked sweet and savoury treats and from a selection of different pastries, a drink and some fruit is also included.
I would highly recommend The Dial House, although the lack of human interaction at check in/out plus no traditional breakfast offerings might put some people off.
The decor of the room. The location. The ambience and the high standard of finish of the rooms and the public spaces. It was a beautiful place to just sit and relax. The sort of place you would want to keep returning.
One critiscm was breakfast on the first day where Bread Source had run out of most things when we turned up one hour after opening. Perhaps worth considering having a way to order the night before?
The room decor was magical! The roll top bath in the room was wonderful. One of the best places ive stayed!
Loved it all!
Quirky! Different! Clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast!
There were some steep steps into the room which was unexpected
Staff from cleaner to servers at bread source and pizza restaurant whose thoughtful touches such as a birthday card made me consider coming back as felt so welcome. Lady on phone helping me out when I forgot my room code thank you! Honestly all staff 10 out of 10.
Uncomfortably soft bed in the Raj room was horrible to sleep in and very hot room in the morning, this combined with early check out made me feel like it wasnt a comfortable nights stay. The previous china room was much better and would advise that if booking. I
was disappointed with this room and wont be booking again.
Location and comfortable room
I didn't realise the breakfast was at bread source.
I would have preferred a cooked breakfast
The general style is nice. A good vibe.
The breakfast arrangement is a little strange and because the same cafe area within the facility serves the public too it can get a little chaotic. Good food nonetheless.
Lovely stay in Reepham, really comfortable and stylish room with outdoor space, good wifi and smart TV, very quiet and easy access to property and room using key pad. Excellent breakfast in the morning with the bakery downstairs. Lovely friendly pub just across the square. We would stay here again if in the area.
Nothing, it was great.
Great character, beautifully maintained with great attention to detail in the themed very comfortable bedroom.
Stairs to bedrooms
China room was very pretty with large bathroom. Tea, coffee facilities excellent. Great to have bakery and pizza/wine bar on site. Reepham is a charming village.
Wine bar and pizza staff were delightful but inexperienced.
Loved all of it. Comfy bed. Gorgeous room. Bath and shower amazing and location good.
Not much - if anything…..ummm I didn’t find any milk to go with my tea.
Loved the location, loved the interior decor
No staff
Breakfast - only continental offered, have to queue in the shop to get your breakfast.
Only a mirror in the wardrobe, nothing near sockets when using the hairdryer,
Lovely location , although no parking on site we used the free carpark which wasn't even a minutes walk away . The room was stunning just as described , the photos don't do it justice . Easy access using a no fuss pin code to both the outer door and to our room . I had messaged before arrival about a breakfast alternative as I am gluten free , the bakery offered a few gluten free items , gluten free granola in our room with extra fruit and yoghurt , perfect!Great communication responding quickly to any queries.
All perfect!
Very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Cafe downstairs was nice.
Noise from outside. Wardrobe door needs an oil. Self check in was a bit weird.
Charming
