Przyjechałem do hotelu wcześnie rano ok 7, zapytałem o możliwości wcześniejszego zakwaterowania jeśli mają wolne pokoje. Najpierw odpowiedziano mi że nie mają wolnych pokojów. Po czym okazało się że jest taka możliwość ale pobrano mi za to opłatę jak za jedną dobę 😥

The hotel is spotless, clean, and perfectly located, but the service was what truly made the difference.We would like to give special thanks to Mike from the concierge service. He was an absolute lifesaver on this trip and helped us immensely! He took care of booking our tickets for Tiananmen Square, flawlessly organized the transportation and tickets for the Great Wall, and, most importantly, saved us at the very last minute with a fast and reliable transfer to the airport. Thanks to Mike's professionalism and kindness, we had a completely stress-free stay. We highly recommend this hotel!
