We had dinner there, great value for money and excellent service. A full English breakfast was included in our stay which was very good.

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to be helpful.
If travelling to Llanelli I would fully recommend a stay at this hotel.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
Location was a little difficult to find but a helpful member of staff helped me to find the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee. Thank you. Shame no aircon in the bedrooms but a member of staff helped with that and brought up a tower fan and a table top cooler as well.

The location was fab, but the carpark could have been alot bigger.
The wardrobe lost its handle but the rest of the room was absolutely beautiful.

Great accommodation for an excellent price. The room was very clean, modern, and surprisingly big for what we paid. Great place to stay if you're travelling around Wales! If I'm ever in the area again, I would stay here in a heartbeat.
Comfortable newly re-furbished rooms , plenty of space , well equipped. Large bathroom.
the staff were really people friendly. Eve, Chux and Callum were first class.
The breakfast was Tidy!!!!!! There was an issue with the plug/sink dealt with immediately.

They had run out of Lager, which for a pub is pretty basic , no reduction on bottles as well.. which is pretty poor. glasses over beer taps everywhere. for two nights too. Not sure how a pub functions like that????? if that was me I'd go to a local pub and borrow a couple of barrels or drive to my supplier !!!! no real ale either. we were forced to drink at Ruby's served by the brilliant Megan.
Good value and had a lovely dinner. Beds are great and comfortable and feels and is better than a Travelodge or Premier Inn. Well done to you guys on the refurbishment.
Only minor complaint is it is warm upstairs and trying to sort a bit more ventilation would be good.

The spot was quiet and green.
Horrible owner and useless agency. Super arrogant when asked about the hot water shower problem. In the 4 nights there, the problem was never solved. The description is the place is not accurate at all - the only private space is the cabane itself. Kitchen and toilets are SHARED. Not fair at all.
