It’s a 20 minute walk from the station which felt a lot in a heat wave with a back pack BUT it’s in a nice area so it was worth it

The room was clean and modern
The room was very hot and stuffy and the window couldn’t be opened enough to let any breeze in. The fridge was also out of order in my room which was a little annoying

Was 32 graden. Er is geen airco en ramen kunnen niet verder dan 3 cm open, koelkast was kapot en warm kraan gaf alleen kokend water. Na paar uur en melden water probleem andere kamer gekregen maar ging allemaal wat stroef. Laatste meisje die in de avond werkte loste netjes op.
The rooms are on a main through route from the Police station, fire station etc and are literally 2 metres from the road.
The room was incredibly hot and stuffy. There was a mini fan that was useless so with the window open - also very noisy from road traffic throughout the night - including 4-5 occasions with emergency vehicle sirens.
No mention or any notice for breakfast and when I went to the restaurant at 7AM, it was totally deserted, so went elsewhere.
The rooms have been refurbished - but still some way to go to be acceptable.

I seemed to be located above a kitchen so the noise was a bit off putting at night.
I arrived in stressed state. Dion the manager was terrific and calming. Nick took my bags to my room and helped me other requets to make stay relaxing. In fact all the staff were lovely always. The place has had a refurbishment and definitely getting there and a great wedding venue. It's by road, yet I could park free there. Close to the centre. I left much much rested. Thankyou 😊
All rooms have fridges. Mine was out of order. To be replaced but Nick was on hand to help. Diolch/thank you. Bronwen
The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. Staff on reception gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly. Cold shower to help with the unexpected heat!
We stayed during a heat-wave and the room was like a hot box without sufficient cooling - but this was everywhere! Ice was freely available to top up the mini-cooler.
