Adequate for the purpose I needed the room.
Pros:

Room was as expected bonus was the view on the high street which was nice.
The bar and outdoor terrace was convenient and they even served coffee for free being a guest.

Cons:

Breakfast time was not in line with times given, had to wait till they finally served this. The size of breakfast was big but very greasy.
There was mould on various places in the bathroom.

Pros:

Location and welcome

Cons:

Lack of air conditioning. It was over C30 and the noisy fan in the room , while better than nothing, was not effective.

Great location for a great stay.
Pros:

Great location and they gave us a spacious room to accommodate the dog crate. Staff very lovely. We worried being over a pub would be noisy but it was just fine. Would definitely go back.

Cons:

No breakfast was available due to staff shortages but as location central in town then not an issue and the staff were very apologetic.

Pros:

Great location on the main street. We stayed one night whilst walking the Offa's Dyke.

The twin room was lovely, with double aspect over the main street.

We went in a heatwave, and wouldn't expect air conditioning, but we could open all the windows and there was a fan.

Cons:

There was nothing particular that we didn't like. Unfortunately, due to the heatwave the oven had broken, so we had to go up the road for dinner, but this wasn't a big problem.

Pros:

Busy street, very noisy in early morning with trucks loading/unloading produce for supermarkets hence sleep poor, minimal interaction with staff so can’t comment ( just handed us our key), didn’t eat there as breakfast didn’t start till 8.30 am and needed to head off on our walk, wouldn’t choose this place again, thought it might be a walkers’ pub but didn’t have that vibe

Cons:

Noisy unfortunately, without double-glazed or sound-proofed windows
