Pros:

Breakfast was good itself.
There was a live music in the bar on Friday that was a good event.

Cons:

Staff and cleaning personnel, some of my stuff (new t-shirt) got lost during their clean up and it "ended up" in their laundry, they did not return it unless I went to reception and mentioned the brand and size and color specifically to the reception during checkout, it took two attempts to get back my t-shirt.

Shower was broken, no practical shower head, and really broken facility.

Some of the room windows could not be closed or locked, lots of mosquitos in the room (closed window could have helped to reduce it).

Breakfast was served in a sister hotel, not where we lived, which meant we need to walk 5 min to get to Caria hotel restaurant next to river every morning, total inconvenient (but the breakfast restaurant was good itself).

De locatie van het hotel was goed. Het personeel aan de receptie was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamers waren schoon.

Er waren echter ook een aantal minpunten. De tv op de kamer werkte maar op één kanaal en de airco kon niet goed worden ingesteld. Daarnaast was er geen roomservice en vond ik het zwembad niet hygiënisch.

Het grootste nadeel was het ontbijt. Bij het boeken via Booking.com stond nergens vermeld dat het ontbijt niet in dit hotel werd geserveerd. We moesten iedere ochtend ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar een ander hotel, tussen 08.00 en 10.00 uur. Met twee jonge kinderen was dit erg onhandig. Daardoor hebben we zelfs drie keer geen gebruik kunnen maken van het ontbijt, omdat de kinderen nog sliepen en niet mee wilden lopen. Heb niks voor niks voor ontbijt betaald waar ik geen gebruik van heb gemaakt.
Tweede zwembad was half vol en ook niet hygiënisch.

Het vervelendste moment was om 03.00 uur ’s nachts. We vroegen om een kop koffie en de receptionist wilde ons vriendelijk helpen. De eigenaar werd hier echter erg boos over en gaf de receptionist een flinke uitbrander. Volgens hem moest de receptionist het hotel beveiligen en geen koffie maken. Als beveiliging zo belangrijk is, dan zou daar een beveiliger voor moeten zijn en niet één receptionist die alle taken moet uitvoeren.

De eigenaar reageerde vervolgens erg onvriendelijk, arrogant en agressief en wilde ons zelfs midden in de nacht, om 03.00 uur, met onze twee kinderen uit het hotel zetten. We hebben geprobeerd uit te leggen dat we niet wisten dat het niet was toegestaan om ’s nachts om koffie te vragen, maar daar was geen enkel begrip voor.

Persoonlijk raad ik dit hotel dan ook niet aan. Er zijn genoeg andere hotels waar gasten met meer respect worden behandeld en zich welkom voelen. Niemand zou zich zorgen hoeven maken dat hij midden in de nacht met zijn gezin het hotel wordt uitgezet vanwege een eenvoudig verzoek om een kop koffie.

Pros:

Уже второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле и как всегда все замечательно!!! Персонал,завтраки,атмосфера на высшем уровне! Чистый бассейн,ухоженная территория,котики-это всегда приятно и заставляет вернуться вновь.
Персоналу отдельное спасибо за все!

Малко неприятно че не прехвърлиха в другия хотел но и той се оказа добър и близо до пристанището за лодки. Имаше паркоместа нямаше комари персонала беше усмихната любезен. Бяхме с вечеря и закуска която беше обилна сутрин вечер също беше голяма но по техен избор. Включваше супа салата вечеря основно и десерт плодове

More like a 3 star. The facilities are old and falling apart. Basic room and furnishings. Their partner hotel which offers breakfast and dinner is great but for those whom are old or unfit, it is a 10 minute walk.

Pros:

I arrived to find hotel was closed after 10 minute search found someone who understood a bit of English and was taken to sister hotel Caria I received no information about change from either yourselves or Nish Caria

As I said was not impressed with communication but the sister hotel i was moved to was excellent and had a really good stay

Pros:

Обожаю этот отель! Дизайнерский бутик-отель с удобным расположением и отличными завтраки. Останавливаюсь уже не в первый раз в нем. Все очень комфортно! Кстати, его владельцы открыли новый отель Caria Luxary прямо на набережной . Очень рекомендую! Он безупречен.
