It was a very nice facility and I would recommend to anyone staying in the Hershey area
Pros:

Staff very friendly and professional. They were helpful when our room key wasn't working and we finally found out that it was batteries in the lock needed replaced.

For the inconvenience they gave us a couple of gift cards that came in handy.

The close proximity to all the main attractions was a plus.

Cons:

Room was a little tight for 2 people and a large size dog. The lotion and hand soap wasn't refilled, so had to use shower soap to wash hands.

Cons:

2 gün konaklamamız boyunca iki asansörün birisi bozuktu tamir edileceğini söylemelerine rağmen edilmedi ve biz her seferinde otobüs bekler gibi en az 5-10 dk asansör bekledik ve bir çok insanla birlikte doluşarak asansöre binmek zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca konaklamamız süresince odamız temizlenmedi ve bu durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde housekeeping yanlışlıkla atlamış olmalı ve artık çıktılar denildi. Herhangi bir özür girişimi de olmadı.
