It was a very nice stay. We felt sorry for the homeless people outside the community hub over the road though 😢

It was clean and not far from downtown Ottawa

Cons:

The floor of the room shook or trembled at approx the same time every afternoon. I thought it might be an earthquake tremor but I was assured by the receptionist that it was not. They thought it might be something to do with the aircon but we think it was some other machinery. The room was 603 and if you stand at the end of the left hand side of the bed, facing the pillows you can feel it. Also, one elevator stopped working making the other one very busy!!

Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Pros:

Très bon petit-déjeuner, literie très confortable

Cons:

La situation géographique de l'hôtel... On est à côté d'un centre qui me semble être pour les toxicos. C'est bien qu'il ait un endroit où ils soient tous regroupés mais c'est vrai qu'ils sont partout en plein milieu de la route, des passages piétons...

Great stay, Very comfortable,great employees. Especially Lucy.

Everything was great inside. Clean, comfortable.

Cons:

Dinner options very limited! Not much healthy choices. You need to go out to get something decent.
The area is not a place you bring kids especially if you want to walk around in the evening!

Nice hotel , within walking distance but poor sidewalks and sad to see so many homeless , drug use

Rooms were nice

Cons:

More fruit at breakfast would be nice , eggs were not good! Location is nice for walking but the shelter and homeless people laying on the streets were concerning if travelling with young children
