I didn't need to call for toiletries. Everything was already there when I arrived.

Really good hotel
Pros:

Location was nice I felt safe to be honest, hotel is clean, the staff is nice and respectful towards customers. Room was big really liked that and very clean.

Cons:

breakfast was good but no option for babies unfortunately, don't forget our babies please I had to go outside to find something for her.

The food was too sugary too salty and full of chemicals fine for adults but not babies, a small area for babies would be greatly appreciated.

L emplacment a cote d'un centre itinérant aucun probleme avec sa mais voir du monde qui ce pique en plein apres midi c est assez troublant avec des jeune enfant

Great Place for a short stay in Ottawa
Pros:

This was a great hotel for a short stay in Ottawa. Very close to all of the main sights and just a short walk to restaurants and shops. I've noticed on here a few reviews that mention the homeless hostel opposite. I'd like to stress that in my experience this is nothing to worry about. Just use the same caution you would in any major city. Staff were great and the hotel was great.

Was good for what we came for, very happy.
Pros:

Everything was great, the staff very good, the room very large and clean.
The breakfast was good too, A lot to chose from.

Cons:

There is an invasion of homeless/drugged people in Ottawa and the hôtel was just by à community center. The view was distressing. Even though the location is great and walkable to a alot of restaurants, it feels very unsafe.

Excelente opción, cerca de todo, fácil acceso y muy comodo.
Pros:

Esta muy cercano a la estación del tranvia, tiene muchos comercios, restaurantes y el mercado cerca, a 20 minutos caminando te encuentras con el Parlamento. El desayuno esta variado, tiene lavanderia de auto servicios las 24 hrs y una pequeña piscina climatizada. En la habitación tienes un frigo, microondas y cafetera y las camas son muy comodas.

Cons:

No es respondabilidad del hotel, y de momento no nos agradó pero no te afecta, y es que en contraesquina del hotel, al otro lado de la avenida hay un refugio para personas sin hogar, pero no se acercan al hotel además que en la recepción del hotel siempre hay un elemento de seguridad.

If I had known, I would have never booked this hotel. Terrible locations, drug's addict all over.

The inside of the hotel is as expected and nice.

Cons:

Once you step outside the hotel, it is a real nightmare. There are dozens of homeless and drug addict on the sidewalk. I will never go back there because of the environment.

Don’t do it
Pros:

Nothing to like. 280 CAD for less than 24 hours and you’re a cheap motel.

Cons:

No parking.
Pan cake machine?? A saw teenagers waiting almost 4 minutes for one pancake?
Imagine this with 60+ people.
