Pros:

the two workers in the evening that helped with our problems (we had a blocked shower and a broken sink)

lots of noisy kids. not the hotels fault but if you wnat a peaceful sleep, this is not the place. the room isn’t soundproof and you can hear anything and everything that is outside your room and down the hallway. the lady at reception was extremely rude towards us, however the two evening guys were lovely and helped us with problems and promptly fixed them. the shower didn’t drain and our sink tap was broken. the bed was near broken, and bed not comfortable at all

Pros:

Mình đã từng có cơ hội trải nghiệm qua nhiều chi nhánh của hệ thống TTR trong những chuyến đi trước đây, và mỗi nơi đều có một điểm đặc biệt riêng. Tuy nhiên sau lần lưu trú này thì mình vẫn phải công nhận rằng TTR Moonstone là chi nhánh mình thích nhất và để lại nhiều thiện cảm nhất cho đến hiện tại.

Điều đầu tiên mình cực kỳ thích ở TTR Moonstone chính là vị trí rất thuận tiện. Khách sạn nằm khá gần trung tâm và gần chợ đêm nên việc đi lại vô cùng dễ dàng. Buổi tối chỉ cần đi bộ vài phút là đã có thể hòa vào không khí nhộn nhịp, đi dạo, ăn uống, mua sắm và tận hưởng vibe du lịch rất thoải mái. Nếu muốn di chuyển xa hơn thì gọi xe cũng rất nhanh và tiện. Đây là kiểu vị trí mà dù đi bộ hay đi xe đều thấy hợp lý và tiết kiệm thời gian.

Xung quanh khách sạn còn có nhiều quán cà phê đẹp, không gian chill và đường phố khu vực này cũng rất dễ ngắm cảnh. Mình đặc biệt thích cảm giác sáng sớm đi bộ quanh khách sạn hoặc chiều tối ra ngoài dạo một chút đều cảm thấy rất thư giãn và dễ chịu. Không khí ở đây mang lại cảm giác vừa nhộn nhịp nhưng vẫn có sự nhẹ nhàng rất riêng.

Điểm khiến mình ấn tượng và đánh giá cao nhất vẫn là đội ngũ lễ tân, đặc biệt là các bạn ca sáng và ca chiều. Tất cả đều rất chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện và hỗ trợ khách cực kỳ nhiệt tình. Từ lúc check-in đến trong suốt thời gian lưu trú, mình luôn cảm nhận được sự quan tâm và chăm sóc rất chu đáo từ các bạn. Cách nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng, lịch sự và luôn giữ thái độ vui vẻ khiến khách cảm thấy rất thoải mái.

Đặc biệt mình muốn dành lời khen riêng cho bạn nam lễ tân ca chiều. Đây thật sự là một trong những bạn lễ tân khiến mình có thiện cảm nhất từ trước đến nay khi đi khách sạn. Bạn hỗ trợ khách rất tinh tế, giao tiếp khéo léo, lịch sự và cực kỳ chuyên nghiệp nhưng không tạo cảm giác xa cách. Từ cách hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ cho đến việc xử lý các yêu cầu nhỏ của khách đều rất tận tâm và khiến trải nghiệm lưu trú trở nên dễ chịu hơn rất nhiều. Chính những điều nhỏ như vậy lại làm mình nhớ lâu nhất về khách sạn này.

Pros:

Gần trung tâm Đà Lạt, yên tĩnh tiện nghi

Cons:

Khách sạn nên trang bị thêm khay để dầu gội sữa tắm cá nhân gắn vào vòi sen cho khách. Phòng tắm không có kệ ấy nên mình để dưới đất rất bất tiện. Còn lại ổn áp!!

Khách sạn gần trung tâm,thuận tiện cho việc đi lại,phòng rất sạch sẽ, ngoài ra có 2 bạn nhân viên buổi sáng với chiều rất nhiệt tình với gia đình mình, mình đã đặt ở đây nhiều lần, chắc chắn lần tới sẽ quay lại ủng hộ.
