Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng đẹp và rộng rãi. Các bạn lễ tân rất thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ khi cần. Vị trí thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, tham quan và ăn uống. Mình rất hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ tại đây và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong lần tới. Khách sạn đầu tư nâng cấp thêm một số hạng mục cơ sở vật chất thì trải nghiệm sẽ còn tuyệt vời hơn nữa.🫶

일단 체크인할때 카드단말기가 저번주에 고장났다고 QR찍어서 결제하라는데, 결제가 안되어 현금으로 지불하고 영수증에 싸인까지 받았다. 룸키 받고 룸 체크인하는데 따라 와서는 20만동 적게 받았다고 따라온다. 일단 지급하고 리셉션가서 확인차 영수증에 너가 받았으니 싸인한거 아니냐고 따지니 20만동을 돌려준다. 남자 직원이 30살 전후로 보이는데 누가봐도 사기꾼 기질이 보이게 생겼다. 그러면서 CCTV로 확인해본다. 확인해보라고 하고 야시장 들렀다가 다시 복귀하면서 CCTV 확인해봤냐? 하니깐 그제서야 미안하다고 한다. 조식은 괜찮겠다. 쌀국수는 PHO HIEU 쌀국수집보다 맛있었다. PHO HIEU 가지마셈. 실망함.시내곳곳에 있는 LAU GA LA E(러우가라에) 닭전골인데 꼭 드셔보삼.

Great front desk team, but the room condition was far below expectations
Pros:

The front desk staff were genuinely kind, professional and helpful whenever we reported an issue. They tried to assist and offered a room change and complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated, even though these solutions did not resolve the overall experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room condition and housekeeping standards were far below what we expected for the price and the hotel’s Booking rating. Our first room was outdated, had an unpleasant smell and did not match the Booking photos. After changing rooms, we faced repeated problems: blocked shower drains with hair and water leaking onto the floor, a non-working safe, TV issues, a missing TV in the living room, a faulty key card and dirty towels left in the room. There was also a cockroach found in the other room.
Breakfast was also one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I have experienced. We were a group of eight people, and everyone shared the same opinion: the selection, quality and overall standard were very disappointing. We user GRAB a lot :)

The hotel acknowledged the issues, but the problems continued throughout the stay. High occupancy should not affect basic cleanliness, maintenance or room standards.
