Pros:

Разместили большую группу на 50 человек, все остались довольны, проблем не было. Чистые номера, вкусное питание, и хороший персонал!
Есть проблема с парковкой только, нам пришлось до нашего автобуса идти минут 5-10, к отелю он может проехать близко

A price wise interesting Hotel in Istanbul, for us unfortunately on the wrong continent
Pros:

The hotel is on the European side while we have realized that more to see is on the Asian side. So for us the location was ok, but if we would come back to Istanbul, then to the Asian side. The hotel is good price wise. Staff is friendly

Cons:

There was only few things, that were maybe not so good: the fridge in our room had a tupperware left from the former guest. In the bathroom, we had a little leaking pipe where some water came out. A little blanket was always covering it from the beginning. Once we came to breakfast a group of men were smoking inside the restaurant which was odd as there were signs that smoking is prohibited - the chef, who should offer eggs wasn't really interested to prevent them or tell them to stop. All in all the breakfast experience could be better

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, οι καθαρές πετσέτες καθημερινά, η καθαριότητα συνολικά, η άμεση ανταπόκριση σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε μέχρι και την τελευταία στιγμή της αναχώρησης μας, η μεταφορά που ζητήσαμε από και προς το αεροδρόμιο.

Cons:

Το μόνο που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί λίγο είναι το πρωινό το οποίο δεν ήταν όλες τις μέρες το ίδιο καλό

Идеально для небольшого путешествия по Стамбулу!
Pros:

Отличные вкусные завтраки "шведский стол". Отдельно отмечу вкусный кофе. В номере 2002 супер кинг сайз кровать. Все чисто, тихо и уютно. Расположение рядом со станцией метро Османбей, позволяет жить не в самом центре, но находиться равноудаленно от всех главных достопримечательностей города.

Brister i service och planering
Pros:

Mycket bra frukost, bra variation.

Cons:

Städningen skedde vid olika tider varje dag, vilket ibland gjorde att vi behövde stressa för att göra oss i ordning och lämna rummet eftersom städningen inte kunde utföras vid en annan tidpunkt. Personalen i receptionen glömde dessutom att beställa taxi åt oss när vi skulle åka till flygplatsen. När taxin väl kom körde chauffören väldigt fort och på ett sätt som kändes oprofessionellt och otryggt.

Breakfast starts at 07:30, but sometimes there were delays. The variety wasn't very wide, and the tea and coffee weren't that great. he location was good, it was within walking distance to the center. However, the neighborhood was said to be a bit dangerous.
