Nicosia "comodamente"
Pros:

Appartamento molto confortevole, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro.. camera più grande della media, cucina completa, con microonde, macchina per il caffè , bollitore , tostapane ecc.... bagno con doccia decisamente comoda e di grandi dimensioni, parcheggio interno...

Durch die tolle Beschreibung von der Vermieterin (mit Foto) sehr einfach zu finden, grosser Parkplatz mit Schranken hinter dem Haus
Pavlina ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie versorgte uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen und Lokaltipps, danke !
Küche vollständig eingerichtet, kleiner Supermarkt gegenüber, tolle zentrale Lage für die Stadtbesichtigung man braucht kein Auto

Trop cher compte tenu des prestations offertes.
Pros:

Place de parking réservée.
Proximité du centre-ville. 10 mn à pieds.
Logement très propre.

Cons:

Lors du check-in, nous avons eu droit à un accueil psychorigide quasi militaite. Nous étions en vacances. Cela a eu le mérite de planter le décor.
Logement bruyant. Le boulevard qui est devant l'immeuble, plus l'arrêt de bus d'à côté , sont particulièrement la cause de nuisances sonores importantes. Supportables le jour mais la nuit bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires (nous en avions, ouf).
Literie trop molle à notre goût.
Check-out avec la même délicatesse que le check-in. Un peu de savoir vivre, de courtoisie auraient été les bienvenus. Nous étions de simples voyageurs en vacances et de passage. Heureusement que nous avions respecté les horaires d'arrivée comme de départ. Sinon le pire aurait été à craindre...
Le chauffe-eau qu'il faut enclencher avant de prendre une douche (la consigne nous avaii été donnée au check-in)



sinon pas d'eau chaude. Nous ne l'avons pas oublié à la deuxième douche...

Goede locatie om de stad te verkennen
Pros:

De inrichting was zeer smaakvol.
De locatie was top!
Makkelijk te vinden

Cons:

De conciërge was niet erg vriendelijk.
We vroegen om de auto wat langer op de parkeerplaats kon staan op de dag van vertrek maar voordat we uitgepraat waren wei ze al NEE !!

נציגת הבעלים שרותית ונחמדה מאוד. מלווה ועוזרת.
הדירה גדולה, מאובזרת בהכל, נמצאת קרוב מאוד לעיר העתיקה והחניה חינם.
הדירה נקיה ומסודרת.

Pros:

W pełni wyposażony apartament (włącznie z kawą/herbatą, środkami czystości itp.). Wszystko co potrzebne było na stanie. Parking pod blokiem, prywatny i zamknięty za szlabanem. 5 minut spacerem do "starego miasta" w Nikozji. Bardzo pomocny i komunikatywny host. Podsumowując bardzo dobre miejsce na nocleg w Nikozji.

Tolle Wohnung, man würde es von außen aber nicht vermuten
Pros:

Sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in der Nähe der Altstadt.
Der gratis Parkplatz hinterm Haus ist zudem ein großer Pluspunkt.
Wir werden die Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen!

Cons:

Etwas laut am Balkon, aber die Wohnung selbst ist ruhig.

Bardzo dobry apartament z bardzo dobrej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Bardzo blisko Starego Miasta. Wokół kawiarnie. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone. Kuchnia również.
Można zostawić bagaże u concierge budynku, po wcześniejszym ustaleniu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
