Location. Roof terrace had great views.
Really close to Sultanahmet markets and walking distance of basilica cistern and blue mosque etc. The man on reception was nice.
Was not a comfortable stay. Very hot in the room, as the A/C made a noise, but didnt cool the room. Lots of ants in one of the beds. WiFi went on and off. Bathroom door didn't close.

Breakfast was minimal but fair. Internet was good only near the lobby, in the bedroom it was ok. Room was small but spacious enough. Cleanliness was good if we talk about daily cleanning but it does need a lot of mantainance as some of the ugly areas are either broken infraestructure or deep stains that are due to usage. The terrace on the roof is nothing special on its furnishing nor the mantainance but the view it gives you is phenomenal and worth every penny. It compensates with all the lacking areas it has. There are two leves that give you a view, one is the roof terrace and the second one is the dinning room, both really nice but the terrace is better.
Access is very hidden which is not a bad thing but it is difficult to identify the first time you are there. The reason it's cheap is the lack of mantainance which is super easy to solve but they rather save some bucks which is fair but a missed oportunity to make the stay much nicer and even charge a little more. Also, I didn't feel comfortable paying in advance and when I checked in they forced me to pay cash because booking.com charges a big fee so they don't want to go through the hazzle and probably also avoid paying taxes but it didn't seem correct. I ended up paying a lot converting cash and withdrawing so they save some money even though I did authorize the charge on the app right before checking in.

Понравились фотографии на страничке отеля, но по факту вид есть, но все грязно, никто не убирался даже со столов крошки лежали целый день. Столы обосранные чайками. На этой терассе, некоторые туристы сушили даже свое нижнее белье.
Мы бронировали 2 дня , каждый по отдельности так как перенесли вылет самолёта. Оплатили 2 дня наличными, На следующий день к нам пришли выселять, якобы мы выезжаем, хотя сообщения от bookingcom им приходили, еле доказали что мы 2 дня бронировали и оплачивали.
Но завтрак нам оплачененный так и не подали и деньги за него не вернули.
Сегодня спустя месяц от выселения пришло сообщения, что мы якобы не заселились. Ужас какой то, а не управляющие отелем. Не рекомендуем. Это я еще про антисанитарию в номере не расписала.
Расположение хорошее.
Все грязно, сломано, холодильник в номере с плесенью. Даже пол не протерли перед нашим приездом. Стакан грязный стоял на тумбочке прикроватной.
со стола не вытирают на терассе, на той же терассе сушат вещи личные.
На второй день нам не дали завтрак. Причин не сказали, только ждите начальника. Мы не стали ждать.
Ни кому не советуем. Это ужасный отель.
