Extremely comfortable for 5 people in one room
Pros:

Everything was clean, staff was friendly, i liked the high ceilings in our room because it made it feel less stuffy and more open. It was in a nice location with other hotels and restaurants around. We were able to just walk over to get food.

Clean but lacking in staffing, maintenance and customer service.
Pros:

Location was good and room was clean.

Cons:

In the he first room we were given the toilet paper holder came right off the wall on first use. One side of the shower seat was ripped out of the wall. The last day we were there the breakfast was awful. They only offered 2 items and the other two warmers were empty and the pancake machine was shut down. The front desk was barely staffed and we ended up using pool towels because no one was available to get more room towels.

I could not enjoy the niceness of the hotel due to the freeway noise.
Pros:

The room and hotel are nicely designed.

Cons:

The room was very loud due to the freeway adjacent to the hotel. At times, it felt as if the traffic was inside the room, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. There is a need to implement better soundproofing, such as windows that effectively block out the noise from the freeway.

Cozy and well worth it.
Pros:

The food was amazing. You could tell that it was made fresh and prepared carefully. The room was clean, and well stocked. I felt completely comfortable falling asleep in the room and in the overall location.

Cons:

The room was very hot initially (we were on the fourth floor). However, we were able to make it cooler fairly quickly. The hotel is right next to the express way and I could hear the traffic all night long. This was kind of annoying at some points but I was able to tune it out eventually.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good, the service in general went excellent, the person attending the Breakfast service was alone but she handled the service very excellent . The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only two things that I Recommend can improve is the pool temperature because was too cold and in my reservation was offered an Crib but it wasn't provided, finally it wasn't needed.

Perfect spot to rest on busy days out!
Pros:

Good location for our plans while in Columbus. Plenty of parking, hotel was clean and staff was very nice. The breakfast was really good, had good options, and the offerings in the room were a nice added perk (Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash) overall great hotel!

Cons:

No complaints.
