Pros:

Free ice cream and endless tea and coffee in the foyer. Comfortable room and good breakfast with a mix of different foods from around the world. Great location with endless amounts of excellent restaurants. It's a cool area. Easy to get around.

Cons:

No onsen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Überall sind Konbinis und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Das Hotel war auch leicht zu finden. Obwohl wir auch am Automaten hätten einchecken können, kam sofort ein sehr netter Herr und hat uns geholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ich finde, für japanische Verhältnisse auch relativ groß. Toll war, dass es im Zimmer eine richtige Sitzbank gab, sodass man nicht immer nur auf dem Bett sitzen muss und im Kühlschrank passten problemlos einige Getränke und Snacks rein.
In der Lobby konnten wir uns Zahnbürsten, Rasierer und sogar Bademäntel mitnehmen-kostenlos.
Ich würde dieses Hotel für Kyoto immer wieder buchen.

A place with a zen feeling
Pros:

The hotel is intimate, with very polite and helpful staff. The room is small, but perfectly clean and with best toiletries in whole Japan. Beautiful small garden. Beautiful view from the room. The location is close to public transportation and to many restaurants.

Hotel consigliatissimo
Pros:

Hotel situato nel centro di Kyoto, vicino alla stazione della metro e dell'autobus, in posizione comoda per potersi muovere a piedi e raggiungere le diverse zone della città.
Camere spaziose rispetto la media delle strutture, pulite e molto curate; a disposizione degli ospiti kit di cortesia, pigiama, set bagno etc.; pulitissime la camera e il bagno.
La colazione è prevalentemente salata, con la presenza di diverse pietanze tipiche giapponesi, ma è presente anche un buffet dolce, con yogurt, frutta, cereali, granola, pane, piccola pasticceria, marmellata, miele, assolutamente in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di chi predilige una colazione dolce.
Presente una laundry con lavatrici e asciugatrici a gettoni, dispenser per l'acqua e macchinette con bevande varie.
Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Nessuna mancanza da segnalare, l'hotel ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimale, posizione comodissima, pulizia elevata.

The staff were incredibly friendly from the beginning of our stay until we picked up our luggage. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The rooms are very spacious and the massage chairs are a nice feature.

Un hotel muy recomendable con habitaciones limpias y amplias. La ducha lo mejor. Volvería sin duda.
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación. La ducha era increíble, como un cuarto de baño solo para la ducha y la bañera. Espectacular. El inodoro de los mejores de Japón que he probado. Todos los días te cambiaban las toallas y te daban 2 botellas de agua de cortesía. Había disponible un microondas en planta baja y siempre había cubiertos de plástico, vasos, palillos y servilletas por si comías en la habitación. Había paraguas de cortesía por si se presentaba el día de lluvia. Enfrente hay un seven eleven que venía muy bien. El desayuno muy bien, tenía comida tanto occidental como japonesa, pero era siempre lo mismo, le faltó variedad. Había disponible tarrinas de helados gratuitos en planta baja, aunque a veces estaba agotado. Los amenities de baño eran muy buenos y siempre estaban disponibles en recepción para escoger a elección.

Cons:

Podría mejorar la variedad de alimentos en el desayuno, siempre era lo mismo. Aunque estaba todo muy bueno.
