Where do I begin, there were bugs, appears to have been a leak where the mini fridge was so the wood was rotted out, condensation on our windows from the inside of the room and so much water damage that had a shitty repair job. There were stains on the bedside lamps. We weren’t in the room more than 10 minutes before we asked for a refund and left. Poor staff, poor service, and shitty hotel room

Pros:

Safe part of town. Good value for where it is and especially having the kitchen available in the room. Staff is courteous.

Cons:

No way to plug tub for bath— used washcloth. Brown stains on 2 washcloths. Bed clean but not very comfortable.
Sign on desk in a.m. said back in 15 minutes. Was trying to get out the door for an important meeting and needed hairdryer, so did makeup in office and the wait was closer to 30 minutes from when I first saw the sign. Got hairdryer, but it didn’t work in any of the plugs , even after resetting the trip switches, so I dried my hair with the ac unit fan.
The “continental breakfast” was just a few different oatmeal packets and coffee, which was only slightly lukewarm.

Customer beware, think twice before staying here

The free breakfast was oatmeal and coffee that's it. Instant oatmeal. The room was kind of dark even with the lights on. None of the outlets worked except for one, and it only works if the light is turned on. The furniture and decor was a little dusty and very outdated.

The location was fine and it was cheap

Cons:

Our room wasn't very clean. There was a lot of broken stuff. Some of the outlets didn't work. The smoke detector was missing. And the beds were not comfortable at all.

The bed was uncomfortable, it was a full size when I payed for queen size.
The sink in the bathroom sagged the toilet and bathtub leaked!
Half of the outlets didn't work.
And the advertised breakfast was only coffee and oatmeal.
After the first day my key card wouldn't open my door anymore so I had to go get another.

Horrible waste of money

If I could give this place a 0 I absolutely would. Lady at front desk was absolutely rude. I booked my room over a month ago and paid when got there to check in she said she couldn’t honor the rate I paid and didn’t have a room for me. In order for me to get a room I would need to pay more, well with already driving 12 hours to get there I paid more. The room smelled horrible, outlets were all broken didn’t even, fridge smelled like rotten fish, the noise was horrible in the building, barking dog all night. Never will I stay there again or recommend anyone to.
