Pros:

Śniadania i kolacje. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Świetna lokalizacja. Klimatyczny wygląd hotelu

Cons:

Ciągle włączona klimatyzacja w pokoju, której nie dało się wyłączyć ani zmienić siły nadmuchu czy temperatury. Przez to po wyjeździe nabawiłem się przeziębienia.

Pros:

Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä. Samoin päivällinen. Sijaintoli meille oikein hyvä ja juuri sijainti osaksi ratkaisi hotellin valinnan. Huone, ja koko hotelli, oli tosi rauhallinen ja riittävän kokoinen meidän tarpeisiin. Vuode oli hyvä.
Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Hotellissa on oli lämmin tunnelma.
Hinta ja laatu olivat kohdillaan.
Tullaan toistekin.

Soggiorno ad Helsinki
Pros:

Struttura situata a 15 minuti a piedi dal porto - cattedrale di Helsinki. Camere moderne, abbastanza pulite, cena e colazione buone c’è ne un po’ per tutti

Cons:

L’accoglienza, il personale non si è minimamente preoccupato di informare il cliente su orari, richiesta pulizia camere (che non è scontata ma devi chiederla) , luoghi da visitare, semplicemente fornire una cartina della Citta con indicazioni su ristoranti attrazioni market etc. personale giovane ed indifferente.
