Loved waking up and seeing the sunrise through the skyscrapers
Pros:

We arrived after a 15 hour journey and when we got to the desk Terquone told us that our room was gone.....so he would have to upgrade us to the 51st floor! We were absolutely delighted. I had booked the corner suite on a highfloor but instead we got a one bedroom suite on one of the highest floors. It really made our trip. Staying at the hotel was one of the highlights of the visit. Every morning we awoke to the sunrise through the skyscrapers. Below, we could see the 911 memorial and also the Oculus. I had been worried about booking the financial district as wasn't sure if it was too far away. We also had 5 days in the upper west side and looking back, we enjoyed the financial district just as much even though I did not expect to. There was a subway beside the hotel and you could also walk quite easily to the West Village, and Tribeca as well as to Brooklyn bridge. I had been worried about the grab and go breakfast from previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised as each individual item were of very good quality and we could sit in the lobby and eat it. Because everything was recently renovated sitting in the lobby was very pleasant. Recommended

Lovely experience, the suite was a highlight of our trip to Manhattan

Cons:

Beware of the hot dog stand outside the hotel, we got charged 66 dollars for two hotdogs and a wrap with three cokes. We hadn't asked the price of the wrap in advance only the hotdogs. They blatantly scammed us as the hotdogs were 5 each, the wrap and three cokes were 56 dollars

Great hotel, no issues with payments or elevators.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very central place, easy to reach varies attractions, and the tube is super close. The view is unbelievable, very beautiful day and night. The room was of a good size and it was clean. The staff was nice and there were no issues with elevators or access. Also, the deposit for the room was refunded within a week, no issues there. Overall we had a great stay.

Pros:

L’emplacement est incroyable ! Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre au 53eme étage. La vue est fantastique. La chambre est moderne et très propre. Le lit est très grand et confortable. Par contre le canapé-lit , grand, est très dur.
Personnel de l’accueil et du lobby très sympathique et disponible.

Cons:

Nous avions pris sur Booking l’option petit-déjeuner , qui n’est pas donné. Et bien, sachez qu’il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner comme on l’entend avec un grand hôtel international. Le premier jour , nous nous sommes présentés au restaurant du rez-de-chaussée, et en fait nous avions un crédit par personne pour choisir des choses non pas sur la carte classique mais sur une carte spéciale. Ceux qui s’occupent du restaurant sont particulièrement désagréables, il n’y a pas de diversité dans le menu proposé, c’est très mauvais ( genre croissants achetés sous cellophane en supermarché, tout secs) , chocolat chaud de distributeur d’autoroute. Heureusement, il y a la possibilité de prendre d’autres choses en chambre, apportées dans un sac en carton façon Deliveroo. Bref, ne prenez surtout pas cette option petit déjeuner et préférez un repas à l’extérieur. Vraiment grosse déception sur cet aspect.

To była moja pierwsza wizyta w NY a noclegi w tym hotelu przyczyniły się do super wspomnień!
Pros:

Lokalizacja tuż obok kompleksu WTC. Super widoki z okien pokoju (polecam pokój narożny). Doskonała lokalizacja aby zwiedzić Downtown. W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów. Polecam i chętnie tu wrócę.

Cons:

Konieczność zapłaty depozytu przy zameldowaniu. Nie było o tym wcześniej mowy. Za 2 pokoje 800 USD więc całkiem sporo. Rada - wnosząc depozyt najlepiej użyć karty kredytowej a nie płatniczej. Ja użyłem płatniczej i czekałem na zwrot prawie 1 miesiąc.

zentrale Lage in Downtown Manhattan
Pros:

also das Hotel ist der "Knaller" und ja, es hat seinen Preis! Wir hatten eine Eck-Juniorsuite im 29th Floor mit Ausblick auf den Oculus, tlw. Ground Zero sowie das One World Trade Center. Die Aussicht am Tag ist schon beeindruckend aber bei Nacht - einfach unbeschreiblich. Die zentrale Lage in Downtown Manhattan war für die Buchung ausschlaggebend. Der Battery-Park ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß und die Metro ist entweder über den Oculus oder direkt vor dem Hotel (Yellow Line R + W) bzw. Green Line über die Fulton Street oder Blue Line (Church Street) erreichbar. Personal am check-in und Housekeeping ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zügig in der Abwicklung (zusätzl Bettzeug wurde nach 5 Minuten bereits ins Zimmer gebracht). Wenn es nochmal nach New York gehen sollte, dann wird es wieder dieses Hotel!!!!!!!!!

Pros:

The location was perfect. Spectacular views from our room. It's very close to major attractions and trains. So much to see in the local area.
Staff were friendly, professional and responded to requests promptly.
The room was very fresh and the hot water was amazing.
The lobby was very inviting.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey but it was a lovely place to stay
