Pros:

Air conditioning worked fine.

Cons:

No TV remote control in room when I arrived--had to go back to the office to get one. EXTREMELY meager "free Breakfast". No maid service at all. No utensils in kitchenette. Trash receptacles NEVER emptied during my stay. Is a picture forming here?

Pros:

Cons:

Bathtub was dirty. Made the hotel staff aware of this, they were apologetic but wasn't offered any compensation.

Was completely awful would never stay there again this place needs to be shut down.
Pros:

I did not like anything about this property.

Cons:

When booking is property it’s not what the picture shows. This property needs a lot of work. It should be shut down and evaluated. The pain is falling off the walls there’s mold in the bathroom. The toilet seat are coming off. The stoves were dirty. It was completely disgusting. My daughter was scared to take a shower.

Left after the first night for different accommodations
Pros:

It at least seemed clean. And the lady who checked me in was very helpful

Cons:

The rooms are very outdated and worn out. Any repairs made to the rooms were shoddy. The bathroom door in my room didn't latch and the handle pulled off the door.

Unclean rooms and no accountability afterward
Pros:

I had a very poor experience with this hotel.

When I arrived, both rooms I had booked were clearly not cleaned. The beds looked as though they had already been used, there were dirty towels left on the floor, and there was hair around the sink and on the towels. The rooms were not fit for use, so I had no choice but to leave immediately.
I spoke with reception at the time, and they agreed the condition was unacceptable and advised me to cancel the booking, confirming that I would receive a refund.
However, despite this, I have still not received a proper refund and have had to chase this up repeatedly. The lack of follow-through after such an issue is very disappointing.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

The front desk people were nice. The bed sheets smelled fresh and help to combat the dog smell.

Cons:

When I entered my room it smelled of dog urine. I had to leave early because I couldn't take it any longer. I was given the wrong room and people were inside.

Then my room key did not work. Getting into my room was a challenge and the smell was so hard.

The only positive aspect was the staff member at reception (Chelsea), who was understanding and agreed that cancelling the booking was the best option given the condition of the rooms.

Cons:

Both rooms were clearly not cleaned upon arrival. The beds looked as though they had already been used, there were dirty towels left on the floor, and there was hair around the sink and on the towels. The rooms were not fit for use and this was unacceptable.
I had to cancel the booking immediately and leave. Despite being advised that I would receive a refund, I have had no response from the property after multiple attempts to contact them.
