Heart of the town but with peace and privacy
Pros:

Very easy to park.
Reception staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Comfortable rooms, gorgeous forest decor on our wallpaper and an outstanding shower.
Great location for all local sights and amenities.

Cons:

You offer water refills in the classy glass bottles but need staff to do it. At inconvenient hours a water fountain on each floor would be a helpful touch (like Mercure!)

Je n’y retournerai pour rien au monde, comme dans tous les hôtels de la chaîne
Pros:

Rien sauf service de nettoyage quand on les contactait en direct. Ils faisaient des efforts pour compenser la politique managériale.

Tout le reste une exception à la réception, une seule personne à l’écoute
