Pros:

Great location . A little oasis in buzzy HCMC. Everyone at the hotel is super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great cocktails and food and great value. Always come back here when we come to HCMC.

The location is very accessible and there’s a bus stop for the hop in hop off city tour right outside.

Cons:

No elevator. Pictures here are not real. Doesnt look like it in person. When they cook in the kitchen it smells all the way up to the room ay 4th flr.

Location was great, close to main streets but quiet, breakfast included was lovely
Big room with high ceilings

Nothing was unliked, few flights of stairs, but staff helped with bags on first day

Cheap place to stay nice staff but a little run down

It was the centre for night life and easy walk to the markets.

Cons:

It is very run down needs a bit of work done to it, walls cracking, wood coming off walls, old air con so hard for it to work

Pros:

Don't trust the booking app. They do not provide airport shuttle the AC doesn't work very well it remindeds me of a cheap skeevy hotel room. The staff are very nice and helpful.
