Pros:

Good location for my purposes, have stayed here many times, has never disappointed. Great value...

Defent value I suppose but the city felt super sketchy.

Cons:

The front desk guy was really rude and annoyed with me. He was on the phone the whole time Tok having a conversation with a family member in another language. I was knew and didn't know about the $50 deposite that you can't make through booking. He wasn't patient but also rude.

It is obvious that the owners have made a huge investment in this property.
Pros:

I was so happy to see NO CARPET! It was easy to find. There were good meal choices up and down the road. It was certainly a thousand times better than I anticipated. Modern furnishings, a very comfortable bed, clean linens and towels. Microwave, mini fridge, Air conditioner/ heater unit, large screen TV, plenty of plugins, good lighting inside and out.
