I loved the location. Considering that the valet parking was “free” and we received breakfast vouchers, the price was most reasonable. The rooms were designed very well and the beds were extremely comfortable. Best of all: Nespresso coffee in the room!!

This hotel was amazing. Traveling throughout the world I can say that this was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in, rooms and overall. Courtney, Charity, and Jakory were all amazing and super helpful. Everyone is doing an amazing job and I would choose this location over the iother high-end locations in the city. I felt a sense of belonging and respect with the atmosphere that was here. You can tell everyone likes coming to work and is willing to make the customers day. Lastly I cant complain about the price especially for the service I received.

Very comfortable beds

This is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant and bar is awesome!
Rooms are nice and bed is comfortable. The cleaning staff were very sweet and accommodating as well as the valet guys.
They should have friendlier staff at the front desk to greet guests checking in.
The hot water did not work on Saturday evening nor Sunday morning.
We could turn the volume up as high as it would go and still couldn’t hear anything on the TV.
We had to go down to the front desk in person to report things because our room phone didn’t work and they never answered when we called on our cell phones.
Were any of these things fixed before we left….? NO.

We have often stayed at The Beeman Hotel. I was very pleased that the Mockinbird maintained such high standards.
It is an ideal place to stay for a shopping trip to Dallas. The rooms are spotless, the staff is friendly, and I enjoyed watching the soccer game in the bar.
It was, altogether, the getaway I needed.

The Hotel Mockingbird has transformed the former Beeman Hotel into a bright, modern property convenient to Mockingbird Lane and the SMU Campus.
As a Bonvoy Ambassador elite, I had a king room and the hotel honored the 16:00 guaranteed checkout that allowed me to freshen up for travel after a day outside. As the property does not have a lounge, I was also provided a $50 food credit voucher that I used toward breakfast.
The room and bathroom were very clean and new. Depending on your preference, do note that the bathroom does have a bath and sower combination, rather than a walk-in shower like many recently renovated properties.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming - at reception, the valets, and the restaurant service.
I will happily return when i visit this area of Dallas.

Fantastic upgrade; solid fitness facility

Good location, lovely decor, extra helpful staff & communication. Rose at check in & cookies. The bar area was cozy & breakfast was very good. Pool area was pleasing

Very good hotel , good food , good location , affordable

Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. First time was the Beeman and check in process was horrible. This time as the mockingbird it was much more pleasant but both times no upgrades despite the hotel not being sold out. It’s not difficult to upgrade a titanium guest to a better room as it costs no additional money. Titanium members are one of your most loyal they should be treated for their loyalty.
The bar and dining area space is a big Improvement over the Beeman

The room was tastefully furnished with plenty of room for my husband and I to move around. The staff was friendly and personable. The bar was also well staffed and the bartender was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be returning in the future.
