Pros:

The hotel was convenient, staff was helpful, and room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like that the price was jacked up because of a concert, but all the hotels do it.

Pros:

Didn’t wake-up that early since I arrived at 1am

Cons:

Staff was rude and sarcastic! Couldn’t understand is English to well , Very heavy Indian accent. Did not appreciate the staff on duty the next morning ! The gentleman when I arrived around 1am was very kind and helpful . The manager in the morning had a stick up his a** . Also I am the wife that stayed not my husband Vincent Ludwig .

Cons:

Room was filthy. Floors very dirty. Sink was dirty. Smelled of stale smoke. Hope there weren't bed bugs,kept checking for them. Will definately wash everything when we get home. Said it was renovated,was NOT. toilet plugged up first night.
