It was a comfortable stay with an issue that was resolved by a room change.
Pros:

The property was in a good location and we enjoyed our room after they changed this to a different room because of air-conditioning problems.

Cons:

We had an issue with the air conditioner in our first room, and the technician really didn’t know much about what he was doing to repair the system.

Elegant hotel but get a quiet room
Pros:

The 4-star hotel is very stylish and clean. We arrived to a warm welcome. The bedroom was elegantly decorated with a small balcony. The bathroom was small but had a nice walk-in shower area. The tv had good international options. We liked that there was a short 6-7 minute walk to a metro station - Syntagma is 2 stops, Monastariki 3 stops, or change at Syntagma for 1 more stop to Akropoli.

Cons:

1. Our room faced the main road which produced some noise at night. We would have preferred a quieter room. (-1 point)
2. I had emailed the hotel through booking.com asking for help to book a pick-up service from Piraeus to get to the hotel. It took 3 days to get a curt reply to email them with their own reception email address. My thought - just help me out - if you list on booking.com, you're in their ecosystem. (-1 point)
