Charged for children’s breakfast when I shouldn’t have been. The stay was okay but the room was cramped for 3 people.

Cons:

I asked to have clean towels everyday as the outside temperature was warm and some of us needed more than one shower a day. We never had towels exchanged by the hotel staff, but exchanged towels myself with bath towels from the laundry area. No hand towels or new bath mat were available. If I would have known I wouldn’t receive clean towels, I would have requested daily housekeeping.

Pros:

Sve i svemu hotel je zadovoljavajuć. Ljubazno osoblje, veliki plus je što se dobije gratis karta za gradski prevoz za dane boravka.

Cons:

Krevet mi nije bio udoban, treba staviti kvalitetnije dušeke. Takodje, ponekad se čuje obližnji voz, koji ume da uplaši, pa nekom može da smeta zbog spavanja. Kada je bila čistačica nije lepo sredila sobu, zapravo je nije uopšte sredila sem što ie namestila krevet i pomerila mi lične stvari, kada sam prijavila, na recepciji su zaista bilo jako ljubazni i profesionalni, izvinjavali su se i ponudili mi novu sobu ili besplatan doručak, što je bilo jako profesionalno, rekli su da imaju nove radnike i da im znači što sam prijavila da nije uradila svoj posao.

Zentrale Lage
Pros:

Durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und dem Hauptknotenpunkt der Buslinien (< 5 Minuten zu Fuß) kommt man schnell überall hin. Das ÖPNV-Ticket erhält man sowieso bei jeder Übernachtung.

Pros:

מיקום ליד תחנת הרכבת והאוטובוסים המרכזית של זלצבורג.
נוח למטיילים בתחבורה הציבורית המצוינת.

Cons:

לא היה מקרר בחדר, מוזר...
סל לאשפה גם הוא לא בנמצא..
ניראה לי שיש ניסיון לדחוף דיירים לבר בלובי ולא להביא מזון ושתייה לחדר.

Gute Lage zum Hauptbahnhof für Radler und Wanderer
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof; gute Busanbindung an die Innenstadt; großer Fahrradabstellraum; es werden Schirme leihweise zur Verfügung gestellt.

Great room. Loved all the hooks and great clothes storage. Easy for buses into centre. Very helpful friendly staff

Cons:

Aircon didn't work so we switched rooms. Aircon was still poor in new room, more of a fan blower than proper air conditioning.

No habia aire acondicionado y era un poco caluroso, el secador de pelo no funciono y avise pensando que lo cambiarian para el dia siguiente pero no.

Pros:

Tout. Un accueil formidable! La gentillesse et le sourire de tout le personnel, quel plaisir !. Une équipe aux petits soins pour ses clients avec une mention spéciale à Mariette qui nous a chouchouté pendant notre séjour ! L'hôtel est très propre, y compris la vaisselle ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon.. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir ❣️
