Great friendly efficient staff everywhere

Location is fantastic! Esplanada Boardwalk is great for an evening walk to one of the restaurants in the harbor area! We did not touch the car during our 3 nights stay!
Somewhat outdated hotel rooms. Beds to small for taller people, especially the double bed.
Great view from room and great location. Pool good.
Bathroom needs updating. Shower leaked over floor - stand in bath shower and old rubber from bath mat still evident in bath.
The room was clean and spacious, with comfy beds and friendly staff. Having a pool, bar and restaurant on the ground floor was very convenient. It’s a little further from the centre, but the hotel offers a shuttle, and you can still enjoy a walk along the Esplanade.
An upgraded TV with access to Netflix would be a nice addition.

Their website listed a restaurant on the property, but it was basically a snack bar.

Great location and very convinient to access the facilities of the city. Very clean and well maintained rooms.
The air conditioning is very old and the temperature can’t be controlled. We felt cold very often and staff’s response was to open the balcony door to balance the weather.
The hotel is very old in general and must be upgraded to match modern standards.
